Royal Assassination.

Uxie @ Light Clay
Jolly: 252 HP / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
Reflect / Light Screen / Memento / Stealth Rock

Sets up screens and rocks. When Uxie's end has come use Memento to force the opponent to switch out. After this you can send out a sweeper of choice, set up and wreck havoc.

Heracross @ Flame Orb
Jolly: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Swords Dance / Close Combat / Megahorn / Façade

Swords Dance on targets like Chansey and choice locked attacks that you resist, followed by hard STAB Close Combat or Megahorn. Façade is the overall move for threats who resists both Megahorn and Close Combat, mainly Weezing.

Torterra @ Life Orb
Adamant: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Rock Polish / Earthquake / Stone Edge / Wood Hammer

Rock Polish on a obvious switch and start sweeping. Wood Hammer is perfect for Azumarill, Milotic, Quagsire and other bulky water. Earthquake is for nasty steel and Stone Edge covers birds like Swellow and Moltres. I am still testing this, and will test Rhyperior later if fire seems to be a problem.

Feraligatr @ Life Orb
Adamant: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Dragon Dance / Waterfall / Ice Punch / Earthquake

Dragon Dance up and it outspeeds base 120 +Natured, which includes the bane of it's existance, Sceptile. Ice Punch OHKO's Sceptile and hits Flying, Grass and Dragon. Waterfall is his main attack hitting Ground, Rock, and Fire. Earthquake is ideal to hit Registeel for a tremendous amount of damage.

Toxicroak @ Life Orb
Adamant: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
Swords Dance / Cross Chop / Taunt / Sucker Punch

Swords Dance up or Taunt the Chansey who stays in. Sucker Punch is ideal late game and Cross Chop is my main attack. Nothing much here to explain except for the fact it absorbs attacks for Torterra.

< Good Power Metal.
Altaria @ Life Orb
Adamant: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SDef
Dragon Dance / Outrage / Earthquake / Aerial Ace

Dragon Dance on the switch and let the battleground tremble in fear when Outrage strikes for insane damage. Earthquake checks Registeel and Aggron while Aerial Ace hurts grass types and mainly Heracross. Milotic is a problem for Altaria so i usually sac it by spamming Outrage on it.

It's rare to see hyper offensive UU teams these days. Anyway I think that the problem of this team is that the these Pokémon don't pack enough power to sweep opposing teams. Also once the double screens are gone or if you don't manage to set them up due to taunt or trick leads you are really screwed. The 5 sweepers aren't bulky enough and without turns of set up none of them is able to outspeed Pokés with 90 base speed.
The fact that Sucker Punch is your only priority move also means that if an opposing sweeper is able to set up once most of your team will be easily OHKOed.

Personally I'd replace Altaria, which has redundant coverage since you alredy run a DD Feraligatr, with a strong and fast special attacker.

A poké like Choice Specs Alakazam is able to eliminate almost every physical wall, paving the way for your other 4 sweepers while also being able to absorb Trick, something that any other member of your team can do.

Alakazam @Choice Specs
Timid(+Spe/-Atk)
252 SAtk/252 Spe/4 HP
- Psychic
- Signal Beam
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Psychic is for STAB while Signal Beam and Focus Blast provide optimal coverage hitting most opponents for at least neutral damage. In the last slot Shadow Ball was chosen to OHKO Mismagius but Grass Knot is a good choice if you'd like to hevily damage Milotic (dealing 70.7% - 83.5% to the physically bulky set).

Nasty Plot Houndoom is still a threat to your team because some of them carry Sucker Punch. The good thing is that they can't set up on most of your Pokés but if they are really difficult to handle you may consider to run a "Substitute + 3 Attacks" Alakazam, a specially based Toxicroak with Vacuum Wave or a Choice Scarf Heracross.

The entire Hyper Offense theme is based on power, so trust me that this team has it.

If a trick lead occurs i always use SR, if a taunt lead occurs i'm forced to switch on their SR and obv outspeed and setup from there forcing them to switch. From there the game begins.

True that, i need some more bulk, but i can't afford to lose power.

Imo, Altaria has some nice switch in's on choiced opponents which allow me to set up and sweep from there.

True that, though i can't afford to switch due to Choice Items are taboo in Hyper Offense. I really dislike it and will not use them.

Hyper Offense only uses same style attacks, to lower the number of walls i have to face. The choice is Physical or Special, never both. In this RMT i made the choice Physical.

The only walls i fear are Uxie and Slowbro.

The walls i don't need to fear (due to immense SDef) are:

Mismagius;
Chansey;
and Venusaur.

Conclusion:

I need some more setup priority users to revenge kill. (Scyther isn't an option, due to it's 4x SR weak and no time for Rapid Spin)

Bulky Altaria could be an option. Need some help with this though.

Only problem wall is Milotic.
