Hi all, that's my first attempt to create a competitive VCG(20) team, so i might need help :)

That's the team:
----------------------------------------------

Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Careful Nature
- Crunch
- Ice Punch
- Stone Edge
- Thunder Punch
----------------------------------------------
Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
Level: 50
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- High Horsepower
- Iron Head
- X-Scissor
- Brick Break
----------------------------------------------
Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Merciless

EVs: 132 HP / 140 Def / 236 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic
- Recover
- Scald
- Ice Beam
----------------------------------------------
Corviknight @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Level: 50
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Roost
- Iron Head
- Brave Bird
----------------------------------------------
Salazzle (F) @ Flame Plate
Ability: Corrosion
Level: 50
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature

- Sludge Bomb
- Fake Out
----------------------------------------------
Snorlax @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Immunity
Level: 50
- Belly Drum
- Body Slam
- High Horsepower
- Recycle
----------------------------------------------

Gameplan:
Tyranitar + Excadrill kinda explain themself alone. No need to add anything, I think... they're my main damage output
WIth them, I planned to have more bulky team-mates: toxapex toxic + recover; corviknight bulk up; snorlax belly drum + recycle
Besides, I added also Salazzle, for fire-effective pkmn.

That them could be low, but, as I said, I'm new.... so any help will be appreciated :D

Have you tested this team at all on Pokemon Showdown? Protect is absolutely essential in Doubles format, and not a single one of your Pokémon has it. If you test this team on Showdown it will become very obvious, very quickly, how badly you need it. I run this Tyranitar set:

Tyranitar (M) @ Aguav Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Rock Slide
- Crunch
- Protect

The reason I asked if you’ve tested this yet is that you will quickly realize just how blazing fast the Doubles metagame is that makes a Pokémon like Toxipex somewhat of a dead weight. You won’t really ever have a match that lasts long enough for Toxic to be a factor, and again you don’t seem to have Protect. I use Storm Drain Gastrodon on my sand team. This is the set I run and it’s an absolute beast.

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Protect

Welcome to Smogon! I'm locking your RMT for the time being as the forum rules require that you provide at least 3 lines of descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. Please read the rules carefully and take a look at Team Showcase to see the level of detail we require. PM me with updated descriptions and I'll be happy to unlock this. If you need help with the explanations, you can visit the OU forum and look at the individual pokemon threads for help.
