1. Best RUer Overall
We have a new #1 in the best RUer spot! After a fabulous year including a winter seasonal win, an undefeated run in the BO3 slot in rupl, and a circuit championship to cap it off, TheFranklin is your Best RUer for 2024!
2. Best SV RU Player
Unsurprisingly we also see TheFranklin dominate the vote for Best SV RU Player as well!
3. Best SS RU Player
Although he did garner enough votes for second place... TheFranklin does NOT complete the triple threat as the best SS RU player honors go to Sol!
4. Best SM RU Player
Continuing running down the list of old gens, we have Feliburn taking the spot for best SM RU Player! Following behind him we have Odr, xXcrossbowXx and Cyanize!
5. Best ORAS RU Player
Next up on our list is Best ORAS RU Player where we see a familiar face with Feliburn yet again winning the vote followed by DugZa and then Chaitanya!
6. Best BW RU Player
As we begin to wind down our trip in old gens RU we must stop by RU's birthplace for the Best BW RU Player whose honors go to Guille! Trailing him are Ninjadog and Evigaro!
7. Best ADV RU Player
Funnily enough the "oldest" RU generation on this list is the youngest where we see that SEA has put up a dominant performance securing the title of Best ADV RU Player! Following behind are Heysup, plznostep, and Amity!
8. Best QC Writer
Moving on from our metagame awards next we have the award for Best QC writer whose honors go to RarelyMe! Following Rare are FlamPoke and Sir Tetris, GO QC TEAM!!!
9. RU Pokemon of the Year
A distinguished honor, the RU POTY was a hard fought race with one mon just managing to edge out the rest... Krookodile has one upped his second place finish last year and won RU Pokemon of the Year for 2024! Following Krook is Slither Wing, Cylclizar, and Slowbro!
10. Best Builder
The cooks are in the kitchen and for 2024, Xavgb has won the RU award for Best Builder! Following him is Feliburn, Metallica126, and Lime!
11. Unluckiest Player
Death, taxes, and getting unlucky in mons, our winner for Unluckiest Player of the year goes to Feen! May fortune turn around for you in 2025 as well as for Evigaro, and Fogbound Lake...
12. Most Helpful User

As we wrap up this year's iteration of the RU awards we come to the final question, the RU game of the Year! Of the many iconic games we saw in 2024 the one that beat out the rest was TheFranklin vs Xavgb for week 1 of SCL! Following up is Kushalos vs Umbry in RUPL finals, Eifo vs Guille for Circuit Playoff Semifinals, and BIHI vs TheFranklin for SCL week 9!
