This gooey mess of a Dragon is an absolute shredder in RU. The diverse coverage at its disposal with Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, and Hydro Pump, paired alongside a powerful STAB Draco Meteor, lets it plow through bulky offense teams. If brought in safely, it can generate many opportunities to wallbreak the likes of Steelix, Rhyperior, and Golisopod. Goodra appreciates pivots that can bring it in against Steel-types so it can start wallbreaking, so consider options like Crobat and Milotic that can get it in against these Pokemon. Golisopod is a great teammate alongside it, being able to set Spikes so that Goodra can safely 2HKO Milotic with Thunderbolt and put Pokemon like Registeel and Nidoqueen in range of its coverage moves. Other wallbreakers like Bewear and Heracross are also great partners alongside Goodra to help punish specially defensive walls like Umbreon and Reuniclus. Fairy-types like Togekiss and Mimikyu greatly benefit from Goodra weakening Steel-types like Steelix and Registeel, which often threaten both of them.

The diverse coverage at its disposal with Thunderbolt, Fire Blast, and Hydro Pump, paired alongside a powerful STAB Draco Meteor, lets it plough through bulky offense teams. If brought in safely, it can generate many opportunities to wallbreak the likes of Steelix, RhyperiorNidoqueen,(I think this might make the Hydro Pump implication a bit more clear) and Golisopod. Additionally, its access to Sap Sipper lets it force out common Grass-types in the tier such as Celebi and Roserade.(They have secondary STAB moves to hit Goodra with anyways.) Goodra appreciates pivots that can bring it in against Steel-types so it can start wallbreaking, so consider options like Crobat that can not only utilize U-turn to get it in against these Pokemon but can also act as a late-game cleaner with Nasty Plot once Goodra has worn down the opposing team.(It doesn't do both at the same time, NP sets do not run U-turn.) Golisopod is also a great teammate alongside it, being able to set up Spikes so that Goodra can safely 2HKO Milotic with Thunderbolt and put Pokemon like Registeel and NidoqueenIncineroar(Incin runs boots and after a spike hydro guaranteed OHKO on queen.) in range of its coverage moves. Other wallbreakers like Bewear and Heracross are also great partners alongside Goodra to help punish specially defensive walls like Umbreon and Reuniclus.(With stuff being removed there's room to expand on teammates more, you could mention Pokemon which appreciate Goodra weakening Steel-types ie Togekiss and Mimikyu and maybe elaborate a little more on things that can pivot it in.
