RU Spotlight: Rotom-C​

Rotom-C is a Pokemon I believe deserves a Spotlight article. I'll explore its history in DPP and how it found more usage in RU. I shall talk about it's different movesets, such as defensive and Choice Scarf, Specs, Bulky, and Rain Dance. Team members will be Pokemon that can lay entry hazards and others such Qwilfish, Slowking, Lanturn, Camerupt, Entei, and for the Rain set Swift Swimmers such as Ludicolo. Countering will talk about scouting Amoonguss , Ferroseed, Roselia, and checks such as Cryognal, Lickilicky, faster Scarf users such as Manetric or possibly a U-turn from Scarf Cincinno, and bulky offensive Fire-types such as Entei. Conclusion: Something uplifting about Rotom-C and RU in general. Hope you guys think it's good!

So approved I suppose. I'll leave the thread unlocked, but since no one has objected in 36 hours, and this is a decent mon to feature, I wouldn't say no to it.
