Credit to BattleStar for showing me a great lead in RU!
I must say this lead is incredible! it survived a Torrtera's Wood Hammer after 150 Atk EV's leaving it with 27% HP left!!! Although im glad it is defensively a monster, However there are some downfalls with this desert rat. This is a good example of what happens when you use a pokemon's EV's badly, although I gave it an Adamant Nature this isn't exactly what i call a "Attacker". Heres an example of what i mean:
O.K. Torrtera Battle, I use X-Scissor and it does only 36% Damage, O Well I guess I could use it as a sucuide lead.

Electivire@Expert Belt
EV's 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Adamant
Moveset:
-Earthquake
-Thunder Punch
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop

Overview:
1 out of 2 of my main sweepers, and one of the best Sweepers in RU. although its main purpose is taking out Blissey and Chansey. it is an Amazing Pokemon that is so underestimated it makes me sick. This set is amazing as said on serebii: this set hits 13 out of 17 types super effectively. Thats Amazing! Absolutely Beautiful with Expert Belt and also taking out its only weakness with Ice Punch. Also Cross Chop with 252 Atk EV's and Expert Belt hits Blissey 90.9% - 107.2% ULTRA AWSOME :D (P.S. The Blissey has 252 Def EV's and 252 HP EV's XD!)

Magmortar@Choice Scarf/Life Orb
EV's 252 Spatk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Nature: Modest
Moveset:
-Fire Blast
-Psychic
-HP Grass
-Thunder Bolt

Overview:
Its Main purpose is to revenge kill being very versatile possessing the Choice Scarf, it is good for taking out Choiceplosion even though its speed is only average. This is a unique Pokemon in RU possessing an enormous 125 Spatk allowing it to (pardon the expression) Melt through teams. Luckily since Sandslash has Rapid Spin it doesnt get 25% taken away by Stealth Rock.

Gallade@Life Orb
Nature: Adamant (+Atk -Spatk) Jolly (+Spe -SAtk)
EV's 252 Atk/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP
Moveset:
-Close Combat
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Ice Punch

Overview:
The second of my two main sweepers, this set sends all kind of pokemon crying to their trainers
Gallade is a very cool Pokemon, Since it gains a fighting type from evolution, it loses a lot of weaknesses and gains only one! It has a very usable base 125 Atk, decent Spd stat and a passable speed wich allows it to hit hard and with enough EV's fast.

Strategy:
If you get a swords dance up youll be able to OKHO most pokemon. Close Combat gives powerful Stab and can deal massive damage to special walls that give your team trouble such as the ever so popular Blissey. Shadow Sneak is a priority move that will hit and be super effective on Ghost types, one of the only types that are still super effective on Gallade. while Ice Punch Gives you viable aid against flying types and the annoying Dugtrio.

Nature: Modest
Moveset:
-Trick
-Volt Switch/Thunder (only use in a battle against Kyogre)
-Leaf Storm
-HP Fire

Overview:
Its main purpose is hhhhhmmmmmmm...... oh yah now i know! its main purpose is to revenge kill!
This is a very annoying pokemon to deal with, However a crazy fun pokemon to use!
with levitate, this pokemon can switch in with Magmortar and OHKO ANY Ground type that isnt prepared.
if anything goes wrong it can volt switch itself away from the battlefield.

Nature: Adamant
Moveset:
-Shadow Sneak
-Pain Split
-Confuse Ray
-Will O Wisp

Overview:
This ghost is my main support, with defensively based EV's it is has pretty nice bulk being able to take a hit.
.This is the biggest threat in all of RU in my opinion, it sends the trainers calling me a jj after i cream them in battle. "Really?" i ask them "Cussing guys, Really?" Because they are mad. Once i get them confused then Burned, Bouffalant is secretly saying its prayers.Pain Split is in case Bouffalant lands a Megahorn ( which i survive because of the burn)

O.K. to avoid hassle you may use and post this, just PLLLEEAAASSSEE dont call this yours!

(P.S. the extra Strategy on Gallade is because Gallade is my fav pokemon.
 
Ditto what Skullcandy said, but at least it's better than what you posted before. You really don't want to keep uploading RMTs so quickly (at least wait out the 10 day period) since it's basically screaming "Lock Me!". You've described the moves, which is fine, but you really should add things like (but not limited to): why you chose that particular Pokemon, what roles does it play to the overall theme/strategy of your team, what kind of team is it (balanced, offensive, defensive, etc.), and why is a particular role/Poke important for your team.

P.S.- Kyogre is Uber, so why would you be facing it? O.o
 
Go with expert belt over life orb on your electivire. As you said, it hits 13 of 17 types super effectively. Also use wild charge over thunder punch. It does a lot more damage. Also, to couple with what WhiteDMist said Blissey is OU. You shouldn't be facing it. I do have to agree with what you said about electivire. 13 of 17 is incredible. I use electivire on my OU rotation team (Call me a newb if you want. I don't care. But unless you can beat my team you shouldn't have the right).
