Master Chief, following his non-Hisuian counterpart has decided to step down from the council. Thank you for contributing to the tier and hope you keep on playing RU.

Zoroark-Hisui has been banned via suspect test.
On another note, Kushalos is stepping down from council. We'd like to thank him for contributing to tiering!
As a result, we would like to welcome our newest council members! Congratulations to hjkhj and Metallica126 for being part of the team!
hjkhj has been a dominant presence over the ladder and has been very active in the RU tours scene + healthy presence on discord. He's also a very vocal community member and we'd like to see how he contributes to the tier directly.
Metallica126 is an absolute workhorse who has been playing and building RU at a high level for quite a while, we value his opinion very highly and look forward to seeing what he brings to the team.

We are also adding umbry and Denial to the RU Council! Umbry needs no introduction, shes been playing and building RU at a high level for well over a year now and has tremendous insight into the tier. Denial has been a former TL and she has been very motivated in SV RU, supporting in SCL and being a manager of RUPL.
