Had a lot of fun this tour playing a bunch of different gens so figured I'd share some teams. Didn't build any of the SV teams I used so will just be the SM/ORAS stuff from week 4 onwards. Some teams I used were not that great in hindsight but I'll post them anyway.
ORAS

This is probably my favorite team I used this season; this was my first week moving to ORAS in the tour, so was just trying to build with some core I liked. Funnily enough, the starting core had Rotom-Frost and Probopass.... thankfully, I came to my senses and dropped them both and ended up with this 6 instead. The Seismitoed is probably the main thing that stands out as different since Sub sets usually run Power-Up Punch and 3 attacks but I pretty much stole this set from my Monotype teams because this team needs Toxic since the NP Slowking MU is not great otherwise; I don't remember what the EVs do exactly tho. HP Water on Accelgor because the Camerupt MU is not the best either and sniping a Camerupt T1 would've been funny. Protect Xatu to help with Pursuit mind games and normally I'd run Night Shade but went with Heat Wave here for Escavalier. The rest of the team is pretty straightforward.

Not a great team, rushed prep last minute, and ended up with a suboptimal team with no ice resist, but the miss made things easier and won the game. Cinccino is pretty cool though and underrated, idea was that it pairs well with Xatu to deal with Regi. The rest is self-explanatory.

RestTalk Magneton is what stands out on the team, it can reliably trap and get rid of Registeel unless its EQ which doesn't get used much nowadays. Eviolite and the bulk is also nice to take some hits since the offensive sets drop to everything. Can be awkward to build with though since its supposed to be a defensive Steel but doesn't get rocks. Rest of the team is pretty basic, need Mawile here for rocks and to not get 6-0'd by DD Scrafty. Team is on the slower side though so might have trouble with that.

Always have been a fan of Absol but this is the first time I made a team with it. Originally started off as a shitpost kinda thing but when I checked Razor Claw + Super Luck was a 50% chance to crit any move so that made me wanna try it out in practice. Even without the crit it just hits very hard tbh, 130 base attack afterall. +2 Sucker Punch crit kills Virizion after rocks too, kinda sheist. Idea was to pair it with another Pokemon that can force damage on fairies so one could chip the fairies down for the other, that ended up being Scrafty; the other options were underwhelming. They also get free setup when Sneasel/Drapion try to Pursuit trap Sigilyph. The team I used in the game had Superpower over Protect but made it Protect later for scouting purposes, funnily enough it would've 6-0'd in that game if I had Protect. Mono Dark attack moves might be a bit off but its not that hard to force Knock and chip down the resists most of the time. Things didn't work out in the actual game but still a fan of the team/idea.
Not gonna link the paste since this wasn't originally made by me, shout-out to Ruffles for the team. Had trouble deciding on a team for the tiebreaker, we went through 134123142 ideas but couldn't settle on a team we liked and didn't have anything locked in the night before the game. Frank randomly linked Ruffles' RUGL game that week and the team was actually really interesting and Ruffles was nice enough to pass it to me. The original team had Braviary but I changed it to Sneasel. Firstly for some speed in general and to help more with Slowking while still being decent into Venusaur in that slot. Sash/LO/Eviolite could all be options I settled with Sash because I had a Xatu to deny rocks. I also like how the team is actually very offensive (HO even) with the sets the Pokemon have but the Pokemon disguise it as a balance/BO on preview which can give Audino some surprise setup opportunities coz no one sees that set coming, which is basically how the actual game went too. This was a more creative approach to HO and the playstyle in general probably is very underexplored and has a lot more potential.
SM

Moved to SM just this week because lza wasn't available to play. I got this team during RUBD but I don't remember if I made it or edited someone else's team but regardless, most of the team is pretty self-explanatory. The Sneasel is what stands out the most, I came up with the set during RUBD as well but never really used it ever. The idea is that it can lure in stuff like Golisopod and Protect and then force a kill against the Pokemon that was supposed to RK it. You can go Adamant with this set since Ice Shard is your best move to hit Virizion anyway and you OHKO it after rocks at +2. It can be either Z-Ice or Z-Dark, really depends on what Pokemon you're expecting more from your opponent. I dragged the game longer for no reason when I could've gone Sneasel on turn 32 and just won from there but happens I guess.

Thought I would enjoy ORAS less if I played it again after full seasons of ORAS in the last RUPL and ORASPL but glad to know that wasn't the case and it ended up being very fun. Will probably make a different post on the ORAS RU thread with general thoughts on the tier sometime later, we'll see. Anyways, unfortunate to lose in finals but the tour was fun and I enjoyed playing a bunch of different tiers, thank you to my managers for drafting me and the rest of the team for being cool
