SM OU SableStall

Yo.
This is my very first stall team, so hopefully it's alright-o.

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EV: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature

- Knock Off
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover

Sableye seems pretty standard on most stall teams. Knock Off is Sableye's only damaging move, but gets rid of items like Eviolite that certain Pokemon, like Chansey, are very dependent on. Protect is to scout for moves, avoid damage, and to stall out opponents inflicted with status. Will-O-Wisp cripples physical attackers and also provides chip damage. Recover replenishes Sableye's health a bit, allowing it to stay around a while. Sableye's post-evolution ability Magic Bounce keeps away both entry hazards and status, and can switch into more passive opponents like Toxapex.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EV: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Bold Nature

- Moonblast
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect

Clefable functions as the team's cleric, keeping away crippling status and passing health to its teammates. Moonblast is Clefable's most spammable move, has a chance to lower the opponent's Special Defense and is effective against Dragon, Fighting and Dark types. Wish is necessary to keep its health up, or switch partners so they can replenish health. Heal Bell is useful for getting rid of both its and the party's status. Protect is for scouting moves, avoiding damage and status and to also ensure that Clefable receives a much-needed Wish. Clefable's ability, Unaware, enables it to ignore powerful attacks from set-up sweepers like Garchomp. Leftovers provides it with passive recovery each turn.

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EV: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature

- Scald
- Protect
- Toxic
- Recover

Toxapex assists its partners by spreading status to wear down opponents. Scald is Toxapex's only damaging move, effective against Ground, Rock and Fire types. As mentioned previously, Protect is for scouting moves, avoiding damage and status and stalling. Toxic provides chip damage that worsens each turn, bringing opponents closer to getting knocked out. Recover is to replenish Toxapex's health, and works well in tandem with Black Sludge. Toxapex's ability, Regenerator, is handy for nabbing some extra health every time it switches out.

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EV: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252- Spd
Sassy Nature

- Giga Drain
- Knock Off
- Hidden Power Ice
- Sludge Bomb

Giga Drain is a spammable move, effective against Rock, Ground and Water types. Knock Off is good for removing the opponent's item, such as Recycle Snorlax's Iapapa Berry. Hidden Power Ice is mainly for coverage, hitting opponents like Gliscor and Landorus-T that Tangrowth can't do much about. Sludge Bomb is for nailing opposing Grass type Pokemon. Assault Vest shores up Tangrowth's Special Defense, allowing it to take hits from strong special attackers like Alakazam. Regenerator gives Tangrowth back a smidge of health upon switching out.

Heatran @ Firium-Z
Ability: Flash Fire
EV: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD

- Magma Storm
- Roar
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power

Heatran's Magma Storm can trap the opponent, causing chip damage each turn and is effective against Ice, Steel and Grass types. Roar switches out the opponent for a partner, and is helpful against Pokemon attempting to set-up. Stealth Rock is pretty much mandatory on every team, providing chip damage and taking out chunks of health from Pokemon like Volcarona or Mega Charizard-Y. Earth Power is coverage, hitting Rock types that could otherwise shrug off Magma Storm. Firium-Z in tandem with Magma Storm becomes Inferno Overdrive, a one-time nuke. Flash Fire lets Heatran absorb incoming Fire type attacks, bolstering its own in exchange.

Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EV: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spd
Timid Nature

- Hydro Pump
- U-turn
- Taunt
- Extrasensory

Hydro Pump is Greninja's strongest move, getting a boost from both STAB and the Expert Belt. U-Turn creates momentum, and can switch Greninja out of unfavorable match-ups. Taunt stops the opponent from setting up, spreading status or laying out entry hazards. Extrasensory can help with Fighting and Poison types, especially Toxapex. It also gets STAB thanks to Greninja's Protean. The Expert Belt gives Greninja's moves a bit more oomph if the opponent is weak to them. Protean lets Greninja play around Pokemon that otherwise would give it trouble and gives its moves STAB.

I think that's about it for now. I'm fairly new to team-building, so advice is welcome.
