Focus Energy works in Stadium so Pin Missile Jolteon goes crazy it's dummy good

But it's weak to psychic. jolteon has super high speed and is neutral. it's the gentleman's secret pick. You miss out on STAB but it feels so much better stabbing with jolteon's quills.
