THE TEAM






Tyranitar

Tyranitar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Ice Punch
- Superpower
This is one of my two weather inducers and I decided to use it as a lead because of Stealth Rock. For EV's I used a typical attitude from the defensive so as to ensure as much as possible survival. Crunch does not require much explanation, it is a great STAB due to its ability to OHKO targets such as Latios, Gengar, and Starmie and 2HKO several other Pokemon. Superpower is required to hit other Tyranitar and Heatran. Ice Punch is a very good move to counter dragons that would otherwise represent serious problems for my team. As mentioned earlier Tyranitar is my main Special Wall.
Charizard

Charizard in the sixth generation becomes a real monster. Thanks to mega evolution he became the perfect weather inducer without having to sacrifice speed. Under the sun the STAB Fire Blast becomes literally lethal thanks to the EV's in SATK. Roost , which has no Ninetales, Politoed or Tyranitar, becomes necessary to increase the longevity of my weather inducer. One of the main tasks of charizard is to break down the other inducers of time (since sometimes even use him as a lead); so I chose for Solar Beam for Politoed and HP Fighting for Tyranitar . He is my main Special Attacker.
Garchomp

Choice Band Garchomp is my main sandstorm abuser . With an instant boost Attack, Garchomp's power Reaches catastrophic levels. Outrage OHKOes or 2HKOes The entire OU metagame bar Steel-types-which is where comes in Earthquake. Although Earthquake is a risky pick for any Choice item user, Garchomp makes it work, using it as needed coverage and a powerful STAB. Fire Fang lets Garchomp break through Pokemon: such as Ferrothorn and Forretress, that laugh at Outrage and take neutral damage from Earthquake, and under the sun gets even more power.
Heatran

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 124 SAtk / 28 Spd

- Hidden Power [Ice]
Heatran is my stall breaker along with Garchomp , against a stall his main role will be to take Bliss / Chancey and That will not be too much complicated . Heatran is a magnet to Bliss Because it is supposed to do nothing to her and hardly hurts the other Pokemons of a stall team . With taunt Blissey is locked and will be subsequently deleted from Garchomp . I know Magma Storm would have been better for this role , but I'm very unlucky and an accuracy of 75% becomes 33% with me ... Then I decided to put a rock type move to counter completely the other charizard that are becoming more frequent in OU .
The last important role of this monster , the check of dragons so i decided to use HP ice . Evs 252 HP and 104 Def . Evs in defense allowed me at the beginning , to Hold 3 Super power of Tyranitar . More outspeed him and if I use Wow at first . Also That allowed me to hold in close combat of Tarrakion @ Ballon / Scarf without SR . These Evs in defense served me for much more things. They allow me to be only 3HKO Haxorus by Bander, also for Dragonite .
Donphan

Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)

- Earthquake
Donphan is really very useful for the team. Rapid spin is required for charizard freely sweep . Investments in Def and HP Donphan make a good defensive tank, helped in stalling by sandstorm. Toxic is a move for emergencies, when I'm in difficulties I poison my enemies and also due to the sandstorm run the stall. Earthquake is the main STAB, while Ice Shard is useful for defensive revenge kill dragons like Dragonite.
Venusaur

First I decided to use Sludge Bomb instead of sleep powder for a symply reason: Azumarill. This aquatic fairy would enlarged to destroy my entire team and Venusaur could not do anything without this move because of the ability sap sipper. Moreover, given my immense misfortune sleep powder appeared really unreliable. Sunny Day is required in combination with Solar Beam in the case lacked the Sun and Fire HP thanks to the increased power under the sun.
