Set Details
========
- Urshifu-S utilizes its STAB attacks to threaten Restricted Pokemon like Calyrex-S, Calyrex-I, and Terapagos alongside other metagame staples like Chien-Pao, Ursaluna, and Chi-Yu.
- Focus Sash allows Urshifu-S to take two attacks before it is KOed to maximize its on-field presence. Covert Cloak provides Urshifu-S with a strong matchup against Calyrex-S and Terapagos team compositions featuring dual Fake Out cores.
- Covert Cloak sets use an EV spread of 132 HP / 236 Atk / 4 Def / 76 SpD / 60 Spe with and Adamant nature. This spread is designed to let Urshifu-S survive at least two Astral Barrages from Life Orb-boosted Calyrex-S and outrun maximum Speed Incineroar, with the remainder of the EVs invested into Attack and Defense.
- Tera Stellar guarantees Urshifu-S's Wicked Blow OHKOes Lunala through Shadow Shield.

Teambuilding
=========
- Urshifu-S struggles to sufficiently damage Tera Fairy foes such as Miraidon, Lunala, and Raging Bolt, as well as being threatened by Fairy-type attacks like Dazzling Gleam from Miraidon, Moonblast from Lunala and Flutter Mane, and Play Rough from Zacian-C.
- Fighting-type attacks are problematic for Urshifu-S. Koraidon and Zamazenta-C outspeed and easily KO Urshifu-S with Collision Course and Body Press after its Focus Sash has been broken. Meanwhile, Urshifu-R and Iron Hands can survive Urshifu-S's attacks and KO it in return with Close Combat and Drain Punch, respectively.
- Incineroar is threatening, since Urshifu-S struggles to remove it before its damage output is hindered by Intimidate and Will-O-Wisp.
- A partner Miraidon threatens opposing Miraidon, Raging Bolt, and Koraidon with Draco Meteor and Dazzling Gleam, as well as dealing good damage with Electro Drift to them and Incineroar after they Terastallize.
- Calyrex-I survives Electro Drift, Draco Meteor, and Thunderbolt from Miraidon and Raging Bolt and easily KOes them alongside Koraidon with Glacial Lance. Urshifu-S returns the favor by checking Calyrex-I's threats like Lunala and Calyrex-S with Wicked Blow and Sucker Punch.
- Landorus can easily threaten Miraidon, Raging Bolt, and Incineroar with Earth Power and Sandsear Storm in addition to threatening Tera Fairy users with Sludge Bomb. Meanwhile, Urshifu-S threatens the foes that can attack before Landorus or survive its onslaught like Calyrex-S and Lunala.
- Amoonguss pairs well with Urshifu-S, comfortably surviving and redirecting Fairy- and Fighting-type attacks for it on top of disrupting foes with Spore.

- Urshifu-S utilizes its Dark- and Fighting-type STAB attacks to threaten the metagame in Regulation I(This isn't a spotlight, you don't need a hook, just mention the good matchups quickly). Urshifu-S has great matchups against staple restricteds like Calyrex-S, Lunala(it runs fairy moonblast), and Terapagos in addition to Flutter Mane and Incineroar dealing devestating damage with Wicked Blow and Close Combat before they Terastallize.(flutter threatens to ohko it and incin just lowers your cc damage and clicks fake out, pick better examples or just mention the restricteds)
- Detect is preferred over Protect to avoid disruption by Imprison users like Farigiraf.
- Focus Sash allows Urshifu-S to take two attacks before it is KOed to maximise its on-field presence. Covert Cloak allows Urshifu-S to ignore Fake Out disruption. This provides Urshifu-S with a strong matchup against Calyrex-S and Terapagos team compositions featuring dual Fake Out cycle cores. (I think that is easier for new players to understand)
- Urshifu-S often uses an EV spread of 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe with an Adamant or Jolly nature to maximize the damage it can deal or Urshifu-S's Speed respectively. (we don't explain 252/252 spreads, just say that cloak runs a more complicated ev spread and sash goes simple) Alternatively, an EV spread of 132 HP / 236 Atk / 4 Def / 76 SpD / 60 Spe with and Adamant nature can be used. This spread is designed to survive at least 2 Astral Barrages from Life Orb-boosted Calyrex-S and runs enough Speed to outrun max Speed Incineroar with the remainder of the EVs invested into Attack and Defense.
- Tera Stellar simply(I think this makes it sound weird) increases the damage dealt by Urshifu-S guaranteeing an OHKO on Lunala through Shadow Shield with Wicked Blow.

- Urshifu-S struggles to sufficiently damage foes which have terstallized into a Fairy-type such as Miraidon, Lunala, and Raging Bolt.
- Urshifu-S is equally threatened by foes which utilize Fairy-type attacks such as Miraidon, Lunala, and Flutter Mane.(Surely this and the previous bullet can be 1)
- Koraidon is also problematic since it outspeeds and can easily KO Urshifu-S after breaking its Focus Sash its Focus Sash has been broken.
- Tera Bug(you sure it isn't just every incin?) Incineroar is another adversary (You don't need to get fancy with wording, if its just another threat then say that) since Urshifu-S struggles to damage it and before Incineroar can easily hinder Urshifu-S's damage output with Intimidate and Will-o-Wisp.
- A partner Miraidon threatens opposing Miraidon, Raging Bolt, and Koraidon with Draco Meteor and Dazzling Gleam, as well as dealing good damage with Electro Drift to the aforementioned Pokemon and Incineroar after they terastallize.

- Incineroar is threatening since Urshifu-S struggles to remove it before Urshifu-S's damage output is hindered by Intimidate and Will-o-Wisp.
