Salamence solidifies its role as a potent Dragon Dance cleaner and a wall with great defensive utility it's not really a wall, the bulk helps it set up more safely and ideally it doesnt want to switch into too many attacks in balance teams. This set has a special mission which is to wall volcanion. Thanks to its excellent typing and decent bulk, it can take on volcanion's moves easily. However, no one can get rid of being burned by Stream Eruption. So, that's why we pick Facade. Dragon Dance can exploit opposing volcanion and Talonflame to pay way for its cleaning The exploiting part is related to it's typing+bulk, here say something short like DD + Moxie allows mence to quickly become an unstoppable threat. Mention here that one of the main ways to deal with Mence is to burn it via Gweez, Slowbro, Talon etc, so Facade allows Mence to shrug that off and continue its sweep. Then add that this allows mence to be a rare counter to non-Tera Blast Fairy Volcanion as well Earthquake deals great damage to Normal-resistant Pokemon like Gengar, Jirachi, bellibolt, and Hisuian Goodra, even if Salamence is burned. Roost can restore damage, boost its longevity and gives it more chances to set up against Pokemon like Volcanion and Slowbro. Talk about EVs here; it has enough Speed to outspeed Noivern at +1, and the HP evs allow it to capitalize on its good defensive typing. Tera Normal boosts Facade mention that Tera Normal allows Mence to 2HKO Gweez after stealth rock while burned while Tera Fairy grants it the power to beat opposing Salamence and Noivern. Speaking of teammates, pokemons which can threaten Slowbro, Hippowdon and G-weezing This set doesnt actually mind phys walls, it needs more help for Fairy- and Steel-types like scarf gardevoir, mimikyu, and registeel, especially if it's burned are appreciated. So mention steel-types like registeel and klefki to deal with opposing fairies, while herscu and armarouge can deal with opposing steels Basculegion-F and Armarouge can be its teammates.

Good work; it might seem like a lot of changes but it's mostly to fix the flow. Implement and tag me so that I can give it a look-over before GP.
