San Diego International Comic-Con

Well, Comic-Con is coming up next week, and I was wondering if anyone else from Smogon is going. I'll be in San Diego from Monday-Sunday with my brother, two of my cousins, and a friend. We don't really have any definitive plans yet but I was interested in hearing if any other Smogoners were attending Comic-Con this year or have attended in the past and had any advice or suggestions.

If you don't know what Comic-Con is, you can learn more about it at the official website: http://www.comic-con.org/ . However, the passes for this year have long since sold out, and they are not selling any on-site this year either.
 
Production IG and Microsoft are supposed to have a joint-project announcement and I'm really interested in hearing what that is. I'm crossing my fingers for a Tales of Vesperia: First Strike game adaptation =) Other ideas being thrown around (okay, wished for) are Ghost in the Shell game or Halo Anime.
 
im going for sure Friday(positive) and Saturday(not so sure yet) and ive been attending this event for most of my life its one of the biggest things i look forward to i think even before my own birthday :D
 
^^damn man. i honestly cant believe how similar a story I have.

definitely going on friday, maybe sat, been going for about 8 or so years now. I really enjoy comic con, despite not really being that into comics or anything like that. I get in for free, and have every time i've ever gone in the past.

i might add something later too, once i learn a little more about this year.

o, i also live in san diego, so its not that far to go to. And if anyone has any questions about the con or about san diego i'd be happy to answer them.
