National Dex Sand based setup-offense.

I feel like my team is an interesting one, for natdex uu,:

https//pokepast.es/499ed6602041a116,

Keldeo, is there for coverage support, I chose the calm mind set, to maul through defensive walls, that the other members might have a hard time against, waterium z is a lot stronger than I thought It would have been, the other z varients seem kinda useless, I have buzzwole for fighting, and flying isn't the most important type coverage, (mega-venusaur is kinda a weakness, but with good predictions and pressure, it can be dealt with, same with rotom-wash)

Buzzwole, is here for pesky rock and steel types, and I guess grass types, but the only valuable grass type in the meta is Venusaur-mega, which buzzwole is never great against, but leech life does a surprisingly decent amount of damage to most targets, earthquake is there for the steel-ghost types like aegislash.

Excadrill is here for pretty obvious reasons, the thing is sands best friend in the tier, it destroys, a ton, Clefable, watch out, any ground weakness is dead. Rapid spin is good if you have hazards on your side of the field, and if sand is about to end, this senerio happens more than you may think, and can win the game

Celestella is here as a good special attacker, and these evs make volt switch from rotom-wash a very likely 3hko, and with giga drain, I would have to do some dumb plays to lose against it, meteor beam, then giga drain does more than enough to get the ko, and most times I have a speed boost, this is against the specially defensive varient, the offensive ones may have better luck with thunderbolt, same story though m-aero is even worse off, with an easy ohko.

Tyranitar is here as my sand setter, I'm using a pretty usual set here, just your basic m-aero killer with stone edge, just pretty powerful, (mega was better, but hurts less than the moth ban for me) I used to use hippo instead, but it's a bit passive for my tastes

And last, but certainly not least is Clefable, it uses magic guard, with calm mind and soft-boiled really well, and it's the defensive anchor the other members depend on

hello there! the pokepaste isnt working at least for me so erm yeah, while you're at it you should also give this thread the "National Dex" Prefix (On the lower left corner, click the 3 dots then click "Edit", after that just go up to the title of your thread and change the prefix, the option to change the prefix should be right next to the title on the left)

Anyways as for the team I'm not too good with UU stuff but it looks alright, I think you might be a bit weak to :Tapu Fini:, I guess?

I see https://pokepast.es/3bd8cfa061456ca7 hope it works, maybe it's cause i'm on mobile. I mean maybe, I haven't seen to much tapu-lele though

:tapu lele:Tapu Lele is NDOU by usage (and is thus banned from NDUU), so that shouldn't be a concern, you may be intending to be talking about :tapu fini:Tapu Fini, however. That said, the issue is wider than just Tapu Fini as half of the team is weak to Fairy-types (namely the more common :clefable:Clefable and :gardevoir-mega:M-Gardevoir), and while you do have two Steel-types on the back, their lack of longevity renders them inappropiate long-term answers, which this team would want as the rather bulky defensive infrastructure of the team beyond that would indicate a desire for that.

Given that the team is leaning towards a balance direction, that sort of set on Celesteela seems out of place, you'd want a bulkier Leech Seed set so that it can be used as a wall, especially as the setup enabled by Power Herb is more valuable in offense teams compared to the direction this team is going.

Crunch is also redundant with Knock Off on :tyranitar:Tyranitar, you'll really want Pursuit so that it can remove potentially problematic foes for your team like :victini:Victini, :blacephalon:Blacephalon, :latias-mega:Mega Latias, and :slowking:Slowking. Contrary to your description, the set in the paste has Rock Slide over Stone Edge, so that should be changed accordingly, and as one last detail, the lack of entry hazards on the team is a noticeable issue, especially when facing bulkier teams as then they'll be able to easily switch in their checks with minimal issue, so you'd want to fit Stealth Rock over Earthquake when it comes to Tyranitar. The EV spread is also rather suboptimal, you'd want to use the more standard spread of 248 HP / 48 Atk / 136 SpD / 76 Spe so that it can more reliably check special attackers like :thundurus:Thundurus while also outspeeding :skarmory:Skarmory.

Clefable's EV spread is non-standard and given that it appears to merely intend to increase its innate offensive pressure over a more specific benchmark, you may want to just go with full physical investment, and if anything change its item to a :life orb:Life Orb, which'll compensate the EV shift while keeping it overall bulkier, thus overall upgrading it, especially as Magic Guard synergizes with Life Orb by removing its recoil damage.

Finally, as :keldeo:Keldeo is using a Z-Crystal, you'll want Hydro Pump over Scald for a stronger Hydro Vortex, notably OHKOing Scizor +0, unlike with Z-Scald.

Here's the team with the above proposals applied, I hope it helps!

You can swap Protect on Celesteela with Toxic to reduce passivity. If you want a more offensive team some heavy changes to the point of another team would be required, as other offensive breakers to complement the team like Dracozolt would also demand a different defensive core, so a swap from 3-4 Pokemon would be required for that approach.
