Sand is Coming xy First OU RMT ft. mega chomp (Need Feedback) Urgent

I wanted to run arguably the best wallbreaker in the metagame, mega garchomp. However he required sand support to be ridiculously powerful. So I decided to make a sand team with a physical wall inducer (hippowdon), A late game sweeper (Sand rush excadrill) and a fearsome wallbreaker (mega garchomp).
So heres the team

Hippowdon @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
The sand inducer. Checks mega zard x, scizor, talonflame, garchomp and salamence along with a plethora of physical threats. Compared to t-tar it has a few advantages in reliable recovery, a much better defensive typing and a large amount of unpredictability because of his low usage meaning that overall he is more durable than t -tar. However he is extremely weak to special attackers so support is needed. Overall he usually stays around for the long run.
Other options - None. Maybe Tyanitar

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Cursed Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 172 SDef / 236 HP / 4 SAtk / 96 Def
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
This is hippowdon's bubble of protection. Evs may need some reconsidering but they are to survive mixed aegislashes shadow sneaks and balls. Will-o-wisp cripples physical threats that threaten both jellicent and hippowdon such as azumarill, breloom and mixed wallbreakers. Now you may be thinking that Rotom-W would better fill this roll and I thought so as well however jellicent has alot of advantages. First of all it has more hp, reliable recovery, an awesome game changing defensive ability, more special bulk in general and finally hes not as overused as rotom wash giving him predictabilty.
Other options - Tentacruel, Rotom wash or another bulky water, possibly even florges or sylveon

Excadrill @ Air Balloon
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Shadow Claw
- Swords Dance
Once in the realms of ubers he has returned to OU and he is better than ever. No one ever predicts sand rush excadrill because of new mold breaker giving him an element of surprise. Air baloon is for switching in on choice locked eqs or the likes of edgequake coverage. If he gets a switch there are only a few things that can stop him. Priority like aqua jet or mach punch, landorus, gliscor and skarmory and other physical walls, even the likes of rotom or focus sash users and priority burns. Once all these threats are removed he can easily clean a team.

Other options- None it would be a waste not having exca in a sand team.

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
The only thing stopping huge threats like breloom and other weather inducers such as politoed and charizard y. Also shuts down setup sweepers with a t-wave such as mega zard x and other speed boosters. Taunt stops hazards such as sticky webs and rocks from getting on my side. Landorus - T is a huge threat to this team and if I can catch it off guard with a hp ice it will put the team in a much better position to win. Overall just a good special attacker needed on this team.

Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
The usual assault vest conk. Just a great pokemon overall. Main role on this team is to absorb status and kill rotom wash and sabelye. Don't think this needs much changing but if you have any ideas pls post.

Garchomp-Mega @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Force
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 232 Spd / 96 Atk / 124 SAtk / 56 Def
Naughty Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Draco Meteor
- Stone Edge
The inspiration of this team. Breaks many defensive cores such as heatran, quag and venusaur core. Its eq is the most powerful in the game if its fully invested. The evs are from a spread from another smogon article on mega garchomp. Mixedchomp is a huge surprise to a lot of teams so it will get alot of kills on the likes of physical walls such as gliscor and ferrothorn. Defense investment is so it can survive ice shards. Pls if any Evs need changing comment.

Any feedback is appreciated this is my first RMT so please don't be harsh lol.

Great team, sir. I really like mega Chomp myself and know it's power. But I did notice one small problem. This team works magic on lower ladder, at least I'd think so. But on the higher ladder, some people roam with this one little threat, called Mega Manectric (I'm gonna get jumped by elitists for this). And your team is really weak to it, pretty much only thing to really switch in on it ONCE is hippo and Conk. But if those 2 get weakened enough, and you can't bring in Exca in sand. It's pretty much game over. And as for EVs, I really don't know if those 56 EVs on def are going to help you in the long run. Since really, the ice shard users you see in OU are pretty much faster than Mega Chomp, other than like Mamoswine. And what that allows is them to use a more powerful ice move than Ice Shard. Otherwise, looks like a really fun team to use.

Thanks but mega manectric is a huge threat to any team its got huge coverage. Jellicent is a special wall so it can sorta switch in. Any suggestions to counter manectric?

Well pretty much the full stop would be Specially defensive Swampert or even better, Gastrodon. Other options would be the all so common Blissey and Chansey.
