This is my first RMT. I have experimented with various teams on Pokemon Online, and then i came to stall. I loved the play style of whittling down the opposing teams and then finishing them off with stronger sweepers, so i decided to play stall and i loved it.
The Team:

Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Flamethrower
My sandstorm lead, and sets up stealth rock early for the extra switch in damage. I gave Tyranitar this EV spread for maximum bulk, and with the Special Defense bonus from sandstorm, Tyranitar is able to survive most non Focus Blast special attacks. Tyranitar also has the speed hindering nature to guarantee a sandstorm set up against politoad. This tyranitar can easily SR against politoad, and then can switch out. With this attack spread, Tyranitar can kill many switch in's, such as Ferrothorn, Gliscor and Skarmory.
Tyranitar is crucial to keep alive against other weather teams. Sunny day teams are easy, as stealth rock will pick apart Ninetails, and solarbeam does very little damage to Tyranitar in sand, as does hidden power fighting from ninetails. Rain dance teams usually have problems with Tyranitar as well, as politoad cannot kill it in one hit, and Tyranitar is slower so sand will be up.

Jellicent (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Scald
- Shadow Ball
- Will-O-Wisp
- Recover
Oh jelly filled blue blob, how i love thee! Jellicent functions as a mixed wall, with Will-o-Wisp to cripple physical attackers. For a while i was searching for a spin blocker (even though rapid spin isnt as common anymore) and a pokemon to round out my resistances. Jellicent fit my needs perfectly. It covers fighting and water weakness of Tyranitar, which are common attacks that are launched at Tyranitar, as well as Excadril and can also soak fire attacks i do not want Blissey or Skarmory to take. I love Water Absorb on Jellicent, since the extra healing on switch in prolongs its life, as well as making rain teams a cake walk. I use shadow ball for opposing Jellicents and Reuniclus (mainly the trick room varient).

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
Skarmory is a tried and true physical wall, and a terrific spiker, and with Blissey forms the dreaded Skarmbliss core. Nothing special about Skarmory, whirlwind to spread hazard damage and phaze opponents.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
Blissey the other half of Skarmbliss. Toxic to allow blissey to stall out pokemon who want to set up on her, and wish/protect for added stall power, as well as to give much needed hp to Tyranitar when i am trying to win the weather wars with a Politoad. Flamethrower is a great attack for blissey. With proper prediction, Blissey can kill Scizor or pop Excadrills balloon, and then safely switch out.

Excadrill (M) @ Air Balloon
Trait: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Rapid Spin
- Swords Dance
- Rock Slide
Excadrill is used for his electric immunity and fast sweeping potential with sandstorm. His electric immunity is really useful and with 2 electric weakness on my team, it gets many opportunities to switch in for free. Rapid spin is to clear entry hazards, as this team switches around a lot to take advantage of the resistances and immunity of its members.

Genesect @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Download
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- U-turn
- Flamethrower
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
Initially this used to be a Garchomp, however with the bans everywhere and the problems this team had with Taunt Gliscor caused me to switch. Genesect's speed and coverage make it great for this team. With proper prediction, i can switch Genesect in to force switches and with prediction on the switch score kills.
