Gen 3 Sand Veil + Baton Pass

First, the rules:
Now I'm playing in Gen3 Custom Game to be able to play without any smogon clause, but, we do have some rules.
First, it's only acceptable moves that the Pokémon can learn on gen3 catridge games on GameBoy Advanced (It is not allowed moves he only can learn on Game Cube or by Events)
Also any legendary is allowed.
Also isn't allowed Hidden Power.

Since it's a Sand Veil team, I like to lead with Tyranitar because his ability Sand Stream, who spawn an infinity sandstorm in the field.
Also, I don't want to run the mainstream DragonDancer Tyranitar with Brick Break, Earthquack and Rockslide, instead I chooce a special one with the 3 elementary moves and Crunch stab.

As a Baton pass team, I try to put my Batonpasser as soon as possible. He always start with Agility since Scizor isn't the faster pokémon and I need to pivot out if my foe put some fire pokémon in front of my Scizor.
Now come the speciality of this team, Double Team, I go for luck and try to maximize my evasiviness 6 times, that is 3x evasive.
I also put a Liechi Berry on Scizor to give it a bit of atk and use Silver Wind in the hope of the Ominusboost.

The start of the show to receive the Scizor's Baton Pass is Gligar with Sand Veil + Bright Powder is already hard to hit him, with 3x evasiveness... I rly think my foe will miss the move. I put Sword Dance to also hit strong and put a very mainstream set of Aerial Ace, Earthquake and Rock Slide.

Another option with the strong Sand Veil + Bright Powder is Cacturne, unfortunally he dosen't know Sucker Punch in gen3 so I need to run a more passive set with Leech Seed and Grass Whistle (who only hit 55% of the times). I also put Giga Drain and Feint Attack, but with 60 base power and a awfull special attack of Cacturne, I try to not rely too much on theses moves and go for lucky do Sand Veil+Bright Powder make their thing.

Since the Sandstorm will be in the field, I chooce all Pokémons based on it's imunity to Sandstorm, what is better then a psedo-legendary as Metagross with a very mainstream set of Meteor Mash, Earthquake, Explosion and Shadow Ball. It's just miss Agility because it may can receive a Baton Pass of Scizor.
But it has a Salac Berry just in case.

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Shadow Ball

The last Pokémon was a lack of options, I think he is good because never tooks Critical Hits due it's ability, but it's not that amazing also.
Since it's forbiden Hidden Power, I miss it's Pokémon have a lack of a good bug move. But a Premium Armaldo with Hidden Power can be obtained depend in your colocation in tournaments.
