Just a quick team I put together and found success with. But of course its not without its faults.
Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Toxic
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
Classic sp. def T-tar. Blacephalon and Dragapult switch-in. Beats Heatran and Lando 1v1. Sets rocks and sand to wither opponent.
Moo (Mew) @ Eject Pack
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Roost
Moo, the shiny gimmick mew. I once saw blunder and pokeaim use this mew a long time ago but could never find it again. Nevertheless I adopted it as my own and use it on a couple teams. I very much love it. Obviously you get spikes up while preventing defogs and other hazards with taunt. The speed tier is nice. Overheat drops your sp atk and eject pack lets you gain momentum. Do be wary of lando intimidate, as it sends you packing without having the most ideal switch in for a lando at 100%.
WLR (Scizor) @ Muscle Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off
- Superpower
You know you're in trouble when you see a Whole Lotta Red. Likely to be your endgame sweeper vs non Tapu lele teams. Also appreciates steel typing with sandstorm active. This is Scizor's ideal team in Gen 8 OU. Knock off may help other Pokemon for later, I very much like 1v1'ing lele's and taking away their scarves to enable other sweepers. Running 252 speed to Ohko Magnezone with Superpower, although I suspect the zones I see on the ladder aren't max speed, so I can afford to run adamant. But I might be wrong in that regard.
Ameno (Dragapult) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- U-turn
As an avid Dragapult fan as I'm sure many of you are, this is a set I felt would very much compliment scarf blacephalon. It's the pack-a-punch modest pult capable of dismantling entire teams. Opposing Corviknights like to u-turn on Pults, but they don't expect the flamethrowers or thunderbolts to punish them. This one doesn't run Draco, because I prefer to not switch out once I'm in, on this particular team.
Toxapex @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Scald
- Toxic Spikes
- Recover
- Knock Off
OU the pex. Very standard physical wall. Makes Urshifu wet himself. Toxic Spikes, Knock off and Rocky helmet chip are great for the team.
Blacephalon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Mind Blown
- Trick
Often times a very difficult Pokemon for the opponent to manage. In conjunction with Dragapult, the shadow balls decimate entire teams. Trick is handy against the likes of Blissey while Mind Blown as a surprise factor to ohko Pokemon it wouldn't otherwise beat.
This is actually my first RMT on here and I've made some other teams I hope to share later. I hope you thought this team was cool.
