Sandstorm/Stall Team of Impending Doom and poison and stealth rock and sand and such.

Tyranitar @ Chesto Berry
Sand Stream
EVs: Hp252, Att32, Def200, Sp. Def 36
Nature: Impish
-Stealth Rock
-Crunch
-Rest
-Stone Edge

Tyranitar is used (obviously), to set up sandstorm and stealth rock, if my move choices didn't help you figure that out. Since Stone Edge is such a powerful move, it is used to OHKO Aerodactyl/Heatran leads. The combination of rest and chesto berry? YOU GUESSED IT: Health recovery to stall kill while the sandstorm rages. Tyranitar also counters most ghost types such as Rotom or Dusknoir.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Sturdy
EVs: 255 HP 255 Sp Def
Nature: Careful
-Roost
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird

Skarmory can withstand most physical attacks with its high defense: however it is weak to Electivire @ Fire Punch. Swampert and Gliscor both take care of this problem. It sets up spikes and accumulates stall damage from sandstorm and stealth rock when Roost spamming. Brave bird is a last minute move, or to wall a Spore/Substitute Breloom.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
EVs: HP 105 Def 255 Sp Def 150
Nature: Careful
-Earthquake
-Roar
-Yawn
-Waterfall

Roar/Yawn to switch out, (assuming they will after yawn) and get SR, TS, Spikes, Sandstorm damage. Earthquake and waterfall for bigger damage, however, Swampert is grass knot weak, which is countered by Skarmory and Gliscor. The leftovers regains health, since Swampert has no useful HP recovery moves.

Forretress @ Shed Shell
Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: HP 155, Def 100, Sp. Def 255
-Toxic Spikes
-Payback
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake

Forretress is a physical wall to most, and it is assumed when it is switched in that it will use rapid spin, and ghosts will be used to counter it. Payback is there just for that reason. I prefer Earthquake over Explosion because, put simply, I don't like suicidal Pokemon. It seems like a waste. Forretress sets up the toxic spikes for the other Pokemon to use Roar or whirlwind, poisoning the majority of the opponent's team. If they have poison heal Breloom, Skarmory counters it.

scizor.png

Scizor @ Choice Band
Technician
Nature: Adamant
EVs: Att 110 Def 100 Speed 40 Sp. Def 255
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Quick Attack
-U-Turn

Choice band to increase power, with technician increasing power of bullet punch, quick attack. Used to kill off weak pokemon or Blissey/Empoleon.
"Choice Band Scizor is famous for its ability to revenge kill opposing sweepers and scout the opponent's team with its powerful U-turns.
Bullet Punch can pick off many weakened enemies like 4 HP Gengar, who is always OHKOed after Stealth Rock damage, and Salamence with no HP or Defense EVs, who takes a minimum of 58.73% (not factoring in Intimidate). Superpower rounds off the set by allowing Scizor to OHKO several of its common switch-ins, such as Heatran and Magnezone. Brick Break can be used as an alternative to Superpower, but it won't OHKO either Heatran or Magnezone after Stealth Rock damage on average.
Pursuit is a very effective choice for the last slot, letting Scizor pick off the many frail Pokemon who switch out in fear of Bullet Punch. Starmie and Gengar will be defeated whether they stay in or switch thanks to Technician's boosts. Blissey will be really apprehensive of a super effective Superpower or STAB Bug-type attack, so can be greatly weakened by Pursuit as she switches out. Quick Attack provides a powerful priority attack that can hit Bullet Punch resistant Pokemon like Infernape, Starmie, Jolteon, and Gyarados."*

gliscor.png

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Sand Veil
Nature: Impish
EVs: HP 65 Att 245 Sp Def 200
-Earthquake
-Aerial Ace
-Night Slash
-Roost

Ideal for electric/ghost KO's, Roost for stall damage. Night slash to counter Dusknoir/Rotom that switch in on Forretress, and Earthquake OHKOs Electivire and Magnezone, as well as any Tyranitar or Lucario.
