If I don't miss my mark, all of these guys are immune to Sandstorm...
Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Ability: Sandstream
Nature: Adamant
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 Hp
-Dragon Dance
-Taunt
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
He is here to set up sandstorm and get the ball rolling, but he is a definite threat to most any team. He taunts set-up leads such as Ninjask or Bronzong and starts to do a bit of setting up for himself. I chose Stone Edge and Crunch for his two attacking moves, simply because they are his most powerful STAB options.
Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
248 HP / 164 Def / 98 SDef
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball
-Earthquake
Takes out Weavile, rapid spins out irritations, and puts my opponent on their heels with Toxic Spikes.
Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Adamant
6 Hp / 252 Atk / 252 Spe.
-Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Outrage
-Fire Blast
Fire Blast is for Forretress, Skarmory, and Scizor but I haven't got much use out of it. My team has a pretty big problem with taking out Bronzong. Made adamant for that extra bit of power.
Shuckle @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
252 HP / 200 Def / 56 SpDef
-Encore
-Stealth Rock
-Knock Off
-Gastro Acid
With base 230 defenses, I decided to focus more on defense and allow him to wall special attackers as well with the SpDef boost granted by Sandstorm to rock types. His main purpose on the team is to set up Stealth Rock and support my other team members with Encore, Gastro Acid and Knock Off to strip down the Pokemon. Encore is really useful. When a Surf is aimed at Shuckle, Shuckle can encore it, giving Cacturne a chance to set-up. He can do this with many other moves as well.
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Ability: magnet pull
Nature: modest
172 hp / 252 sp atk / 84 spd
-Magnet rise
-Explosion
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power= Ice
Kills walls like Skarmory, Bronzong, Metagross, etc. very helpful and when Blissey is out, explode the crap out of it. HP ice for predictions on switch ins for Garchomp, Gliscor, etc
Cacturn @ Focus Sash
Ability: Sand Veil
Nature: Adamant
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Focus Punch
-Seed Bomb
He comes in, generally after another Pokemon has fainted, and Swords Dances up, surviving the hit with Focus Sash. Generally, you can then use STAB Sucker Punch for the KO. Generally, the reaction to something being sucker punched is to send in something that can set-up on Cacturne. Guess what? Focus Punch their ass. In addition to all this, Sand Veil helps a lot, protecting Cacturne from Sandstorm and also making moves miss often.
