Sandstorm Tyranitar Dilema

Hello everybody, I am having a problem with my new Tyranitar for my sandstorm-based team. It is adamant and has an IV spread of:
HP: 31
A: 31
D: 13-16
SA: 22
SD: 17-18
S: 31

I was really set on it being a choice scarf tyranitar with 252 atk and 252 spe, but after doing some calculations I found that it would most likely fail to OHKO most of his threats. I was thinking of the choice band set with 252 HP and 252 Atk, but I am unsure. This Tyranitar is also going to set up the sandstorm for my sandstorm team. Does anybody have any ideas of what I should do?
