Sandy Day

So after buying Black 2 i started getting into the whole competitive battles thing. I built a sandstorm team due to my favoritism of Gliscor. So heres my team IV bred and EV trained. Looking for constructive criticism and advice for swapping pokes out for other's. Thanks in advance for your help. Side note I do not use legendaries due to the fact that I do not want to spend hours catching them looking for the correct IV's. I do not RNG abuse. My pokemon are all IV Bred and EV trained with everything obtained in my game. Except for pokes traded over for breeding purposes like a Reuniclus Scyther and a Dream World Gligar. Have tested this team out a few times and changed some moves around specifically on T-Tar Bronzong and Hippowdon. I don't have many Stealth Rock users mostly because i don't have any more green shards (I think thats the right color).

T-Tar Focus Sash Sand Stream Lead
Hasty 252SpA 252Spe 6Att
Stealth Rocks, Crunch, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt
I have T-Tar as a lead for the obvious Sand Storm
It has focus sash so it can always set up SR
Thunderbolt and Ice Beam for Bolt Beam coverage incase it doesn't go down after two attacks
Crunch for a decently powerful STAB move

Gliscor Toxic Orb Poison Heal Toxic Stall
Jolly 252HP 40Def 216Spe
Toxic, Protect, Substitute, EQ
Toxic Orb and Toxic Heal for well the main point of that combo
Toxic to poison any incoming pokemon after a Substitute is set up
Protect incase i need to scout
EQ for Steel types except for those that can't be hit by ground moves just switch out if it comes to that

Reuniclus Life Orb Magic Guard Special Sweeper
Quiet 0 Spe IV's 192HP 64Def 252SpA
Trick Room, Psychic, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast
Magic Guard so it doesn't get hit by any status they might throw at it for my sand storm and life orb
0 Spe IVs and Quiet Nature to Out Speed anything after a Trick Room
Physchic Shadow Ball and Focus Blast for some nice coverage

Scizor Life Orb Technician Physical Sweeper
Adamant 252Att 252Spe 6SpD
Swords Dance, Bug Bite, Bullet Punch, Super Power
Technician to give its STAB moves a little extra punch
Bullet Punch for a nice STAB and Technician priority move
Bug bite i chose over U-Turn for the simple reason that it does more damage and possibly gain berry effects no matter how rare they are
Super Power for a powerful move for any switch in that doesn't resist it

Bronzong Light Clay Levitate Special Tank
Sassy 252HP 252SpD 6Def
Toxic, Gyro Ball, Light Screen, Reflect
Levitate to make its only big weakness fire
Light Clay to get the most out of Light Screen and Reflect
Toxic to help wear down pokemon
Gyro Ball just to hit anything that's extremely faster and doesn't resist it although it has 31 Spe IV's

Hippowdon Leftovers Sand Stream Physical Tank
Impish 252HP 252Def 6SpD
Slack Off, EQ, Thunder Fang, Roar
Sand Stream Ability incase T-Tar goes down and i need to win a weather war
Slack Off to heal after taking a considerable amount of damage
EQ as a powerful STAB move
Thunder Fang to rid myself of pesky water types that don't have much bulk
Roar incase I'm not 100% sure what someone will switch into also to abuse SR if they haven't been Spinned away

I do realize Gliscor and Bronzong are classified as Ubers (Build wise) but as i said my first team build. Well my first thats IV bred and EV trained.
