* Rotom-W's typing lets it be a good defensive check to multiple top threats such as Kyogre, Lapras, and Charizard. However, it can also be a potent Dynamax sweeper when set up.

* Hydro Pump is a strong STAB move that can make quick work of Pokemon such as Incineroar, Coalossal, and Rotom-H. It also grants access to a powerful Max Geyser, which can be used to set rain.

* Thunderbolt hits Tapu Fini, Galarian Moltres, and Yveltal for big damage. Additionally, it can be used to set Electric Terrain, though it is worth mentioning that Rotom-W cannot take advantage of it due to Levitate.

* Rotom-W can easily set up Nasty Plots due to it being able to stonewall many top threats such as Landorus-T, Groudon, and Calyrex-I. This can allow it to easily set up sweeps, especially with redirection or Fake Out support from Amoonguss or Incineroar, respectively.

Hey my mistake, but be sure you reserve 3 sets in the future. We do 3 sets because it doesn't flood GP and it's easier to track who's taking what.

Due to its 80% accuracy it can be inconsistent out of Dynamax, however in Dynamax it becomes a strong 140 base power move that sets up the incredibly useful Rain reducing the damage output of Charizard and slowing down Venusaur.

* Thunderbolt is the electric STAB move of choice on Rotom-Wash. It can deal massive damage to the likes of Tapu Fini, Kyogre, Lapras, and Charizard. As well as being a strong STAB move, it can also support teammates with the Electric Terrain it sets up preventing sleep attempts from Amoonguss and Venusaur.

Rotom-W's stab moves are really weird and I'm sure it felt awkward for you to write this. I'm giving you an OK to combine these points and cut some of the filler.

* Nasty Plot turns Rotom-Wash from a Pokemon with mediocre offense to a deadly win condition. Rotom-Wash can easily set Nasty Plots up due to it being able to stonewall many top threats such as the above mentioned Kyogre, Lapras, Landorus-T, Charizard, and Groudon.

Just noticing that you're using a lot of the same examples. I get that its a niche mon so this happens but try and spread these out so that it seems more varied.

* Sitrus Berry allows Rotom-Wash to set up Nasty Plots and stay at a respectable amount of health.

* Will-O-Wisp is great for crippling physical attackers such as Necrozma-DM, Groudon, and Calyrex-I. It is a good alternative to Intimidate as you usually don't want Weezing switching out and crippling it's most common partner Regigigas. (WoW point is fine, this is just uneccesary)

* Taunt prevents attempts to cripple Weezings most common partner, Regigigas, with status such as Will-O-Wisp and Yawn. It also prevents Regigigas from being slowed down by Trick Room attempts from Porygon2 and Dusclops.

* Clear Smog prevents set up sweepers such as Groudon and Landorus-Therian from snowballing. (Add a point here about clearing max moves too. List sludge bomb because its just consistent damage. move this to where the WoW point is now since this is the 1st move in the set)

* 252 Speed EVs and Timid nature outspeeds notable Pokemon such as no speed investment Groudon, Metagross, and Gothitelle. The former two are severely crippled by Will-O-Wisp and the latter is stopped in its tracks by Taunt. (cool point, I like this)
