[SET COMMENTS]
  • Choice Scarf Eternatus is one of the fastest Choice Scarf users in the tier. It's type combination and Fire-type coverage moves allow it to be a potent revenge killer. Unlike other common Choice Scarf users, Eternatus has the ability to absorb Toxic Spikes and Toxic many of its checks.
  • Dynamax Cannon is a strong and consistent STAB move used to revenge kill opposing Dragon-types and low HP neutral targets. Caution should be taken when using it, because while it is able to KO Koraidon from full health, it is not guaranteed to KO Miraidon and it doesn't even have a chance to do so against opposing Eternatus. That is why Draco Meteor can be used as a secondary option.
  • Sludge Bomb functions similarly to Dynamax Cannon, except that it can be used to hit Arceus-Fairy and Tera Fairy users super effectively.
  • Fire moves are used to hit Steel-types that resist both of Eternatus's STAB moves. Fire Blast can OHKO Zacian-C in sun, and it does much more damage than Flamethrower in general. However, Flamethrower's accuracy makes it more consistent.
  • Toxic can be used to put non-immune checks on a timer, such as Ting-Lu and many Arceus formes.
  • Modest is preferred to heavily increase Eternatus's odds to OHKO Zacian-C with a sun-boosted Flamethrower and guarantee a OHKO on Miraidon with Dynamax Cannon. Timid can be used for the greater consistency against Dragon Dance Arceus and ability to Speed tie other Choice Scarf Eternatus.
  • Tera Ghost is used for the Extreme Speed immunity and turning all of Eternatus's weaknesses into neutralities, which helps when facing off against Choice Scarf Koraidon or Miraidon.
  • Tera Fairy can be used to gain a Dragon-type immunity, which can preserve all of its health in the face of opposing Dragon-type attacks, probably thrown out by Choice Scarf Koraidon.
  • Tera Dragon provides a boost to Eternatus's Dragon-type moves. To use this boost as effectively as possible, Tera Dragon should be used with both Dynamax Cannon and Draco Meteor in Eternatus's moveset.
  • Tera Steel can provide a resistance to Zacian-C's STAB moves, Extreme Speed, and Dragon-type attacks; however, this leaves Eternatus extremely vulnerable to Choice Scarf Koraidon.
  • Terastallization with Eternatus should be avoided early-game, as Eternatus loses its ability to absorb Toxic Spikes.
  • Choice Scarf Eternatus can fit well on any type of team in need of a Toxic Spikes absorber and Speed control in a single team slot, although it is generally a better fit on offensive teams.

I really don't think Sludge Bomb is all that critical; I prefer Toxic as it lets you reliably have a way to end those CM Arceus forms (excluding tera ofc) and ruin Ting-Lu on the switch-in immediately. Draco Meteor is much more important IMO as Eternatus is kinda weak as you mentioned, so having the extra power is really helpful in a lot of situations.

I would have the moves like this:
Draco Meteor
Fire Blast / Flamethrower
Toxic / Sludge Bomb
Dynamax Cannon

As for the Tera Type, you mention Tera Ghost for the E-Speed immunity and Tera Fairy for the Dragon immunity, so why not Tera Steel? You get a resist to both with the additional benefit of now having a Rocks resistance and keeping your Poison immunity. I also like Tera Dragon for the straight-up power it provides which can help Eternatus revenge kill certain threats/clean weakened teams better.

This Eternatus can fit well on any type of team in need
You should avoid overly broad blanket statements like "any type of team" while doing QC, as while Eternatus is pretty flexible, this is not really something you'd use on a stall or HO.

Will stamp after changes

I would have the moves like this:
Draco Meteor
Fire Blast / Flamethrower
Toxic / Sludge Bomb
Dynamax Cannon
I think Sludge Bomb is a crucial move in Scarf Eternatus' arsenal. The neutral hit with a 30% poison is amazing. Dynamax Cannon almost always does the job for me, and Sludge Bomb is something I use in just about every game, almost as much as Dynamax Cannon itself. I don't think you want to be walled by Tera Fairy Mirai that's about to sweep you, or only be able to hit Fairyceus with Toxic. If others from the QC team support you then I'll change, but in my experience Sludge Bomb was always useful, if not crucial for victory.

so why not Tera Steel?
The point of both of these is to not get cooked by Scarf Korai which is what I was trying to say when I was talking about the neutralities, I'll mention Scarf Korai specifically in the Tera Ghost section. Tera Steel completely defeats the point but maybe it could be like a third slash. That's what I'll do I think.

not really something you'd use on a stall or HO.
I use it on HO all the time. The only type of team where you wouldn't wanna use it is stall usually. It could work there too I believe. That's mainly what I was thinking about with the phrasing although I should have been more specific like you said. I still can't think of anything really so if you have any suggestions write them down.

It should be partly done now, waiting for a response from you before it's 1/2. Something I saw just now is that I should probably expand (add) the teammates section.

No real issues with this analysis at this point, I think you explained this pokemon well. However, I would still like to emphasize that this set generally fits better on offense. Otherwise,
