Choice Scarf Sawk utilizes its strength, Sturdy ability, and Choice Scarf to survive attacks and follow up with a 2HKO on many opponents. Throat Chop is a strong option to cover Ghost-types like Dragapult, Gengar, and Chandelure. Poison Jab is helpful for beating Fairy-types namely Togekiss. Fire Punch is helpful for picking up certain Bug-types like Durant. Thunder Punch is used for Water-types like Gyarados. Ice Punch works Dragons like Appletun.
