I'm still not very good with teams, but I thought maybe I'd have another go. Give me a hand please :)
Bronzong
Leftovers
Levitate
Sassy
252HP/128ATK/128SPDEF
Gyro Ball
Hypnosis
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
My lead, sleeper and SRer. My Rock resistance, though to be fair, I almost never see rock attacks anymore, oberlooking rocks of course, whilst rock and ice resistances are always useful.
Salamence
Choice Band
Intimidate
Adamant
4HP/252ATK/252SPE
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Stone Edge/Rock Slide
This team is mainly testing, the only ones I've actually used before were Vapes and Heatran. My main Physical sweeper, this guy doesn't seem to get much use anymore, normally being a DD or specs set. How significant is the power difference between Stone edge and rock slide, I'm edging towards slide.
Vaporeon
Leftovers
Water Absorb
Bold
188HP/252DEF/68SATK
Surf
Wish
Ice Beam/Toxic
Protect/Toxic
Kawaii~ My bulky water and wish passer, and he's bloody (yep, I'm english) good at it. Toxic is tempting, as I don't have many status users on this team, your call.
Breloom
Toxic Orb
Poison Cure
Adamant
44HP/252ATK/212SPE
Substitute
Leech Seed
Focus Punch
Seed Bomb
As tempting as spore is, with hynosis on zong, it probably won't be needed as much. I've always been fond of breloom, and I feel this set is best, but that's just my oppinion, and my team could use some more physical strength.
Heatran
Leftovers
Flash Fire
Modest
252HP/96DEF/100SATK/96SPDEF
Lava Plume
Earth Power
Rest
Sleep Talk
I can remember somebody on this forum once said (sorry, I don't know your name), almost every good team has a good restalker. He covers zong's fire weakness well (as zong does with tran's earth weakness), and fire and earth moves are both good types for attacking, and if gyara comes in, I guess Vaporeon, Zong, mence or even jolteon (avoiding EQ) could deal with him.
Jolteon
Choice Scarf
Modest
Volt Absorb
EVs: 92HP/252ATK/164SPE
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power [Ice]
Shadow Ball
Baton Pass
Okay, I'll be honest, I'm improvising here. I know that this is the specs set (which is barely used), but I thought maybe scarf could be used, but I'm not sure, to make sure that I'm always faster than the likes of Garchomp, gengar, gyarados and Salamence (without DDs). Here are some calcs, I used metalkids:
HP [Ice] vs. Garchomp 4HP/0SPDEF Damage: 96.65%-113.97% (Guaranteed 1KO with SRs)
Metalkid has no Yache berry? how wierd, sorry.
Thunderbolt vs. Gyarados 216HP/0SPDEF Damage: 159.48%-187.53%
HP [Ice] vs. Salamence 4HP/0SPDEF (Specs/Band) Damage: 109.64%-128.92%
HP [Ice] vs. Salamence 120HP/0SPDEF (Mix) Damage: 100.83%-118.56%
HP [Ice] vs. Salamence 120HP/0SPDEF (Fat) Damage: 94.55% - 111.17%
Shadow Ball vs. Gengar 4HP/0SPDEF Damage: 83.21% - 98.09% (okay, not quite a guaranteed KO, but if it gets cocky on switching in, then a second hit will kill it, since they'd probably not expect it scarfed
Thunderbolt vs. Gengar 4HP/0SPDEF Damage: 74.05% - 87.02% (Pffrt, barely any less, oh well)
HP [Ice] vs. Dragonite 4HP/0SPDEF (most sets)Damage: 93.52% - 110.19% (SR)
HP [Ice] vs. Dragonite 252HP/0SPDEF (bulkiest, unless peops are using unconventional sets) Damage: 78.50% - 92.49% (not quite KO, but prevents subs)
Shadow ball vs. Azelf 36HP/0SPDEF Damage: 77.00% - 90.33%
Please help me out here, I hope it's atleast half-decent.
