My friend made this for a project...essentially, what the teacher described, as a "random rant, discussion or proposal" on a topic.
So, he did his topic on the Westboro Baptist Church, proposing a challenge for them. I guess his project is to compile the comments and present it, as well as his replies to said comments, etc.
