scizor/kingdra slayer [OU team needs help]

my team has a hard time dealing with scizor kingdra and sometimes metagross and bronzong. I was thinking about making an empoleon to take care of kingdra and scizor. What do you guys think about that?

I was also thinking of making a lucario with dragon pulse but i think that's stupid.

The only problem i see with empoleon VSing metagross is that metagross has earthquake. Also metagross is faster then empoleon. I can make empoleon out speed most metargoss that aren't +speed nature.

I have a mamoswine with all his EVs in HP and Attack. I could drop some HP to make him out speed metagross and simple 1 hit him with earthquake, but mamoswine is my dragon slayer. I switch him in on even an outrage and just shard any dragon to death.

let me know what you guys think. note this is for the 3 man battle tower.

IVs: 31 31 30 28 28 31
Nature: Adament
- ice shard
- earthquake
- super power
- bite

Dedicated dragon slayer. Has the HP to switch in on outrage and 1 hit all dragons with an ice shard (not kingdra). Can one hit many metagrosses and bite is to take out shedinja.

Dragonite @ yachi berry
Ability: inner focus
EVs: 138, 160, 6, 0 , 212
IVs: dont remember... 31s in HP attack and speed probably.
Nature: Adament
- outrage
- dragon dance
- superpower
- waterfall

Used to switch in on any of mamo's weakness (exluding rock moves). I generally dragon dance and sweep with outrage.
