scizor problem on shoddy

scizor gets bug bite in HG/SS move tutor (confirmed by both serebii and smokon DPPtdex), but shoddy does not allow for this

wouldn't normally be a concern but it's a stronger move than x-scissor with technician

you probably didn't use the Smogon server team builder. It's one of the options if you're outside of a server and is the default option in the Smogon server.

if you are on smogon server, try to make a new team from scratch rather than modifying an old team. bug bite should appear

I had the same problem. Just follow blue tornado's instructions and u should be all good

When I saw the title of this thread, I figured sommeone would be complaining about how scizor is mandatory on every team. Seriously, there is some scizor problem period.
