Scizor, Swampert, Arcanine: Help me with my team please!!

Hi everyone! I´m a new Smogon user. I´ve played Pokemon games since R/B/Y, but I just knew about competitive battling when I got my X version. So I changed my team several times, and finally decided to have it like this, I just have 3 pokemon that i want, the others I´m not sure about them.
I will start with the pokemon I want to keep, so please tell me another options. The ones I´ll keep are scizor, swampert and arcanine.

Scizor
Jolly Nature/ Choice Scarf/ Technician
EVs : Atk/252 Spe/252 Hp/4
Moveset:
U-turn
Bullet Punch
Brick Break
Pursuit

Scizor has only one important weakness, being fire, and a great coverage with the moveset I got, being strong against Rock, Ice, Steel, Normal, Dark, Grass, Psychic, Fairy and Ghost. With the ability technician i get a boost in Pursuit and bullet punh (plus STAB) and also STAB U-turn. In battle this is my lead, so I can force direct weak pokemon (Dark, Psychic, Gohst, Rock, Ice) to switch, or instead switching with U-turn to a Flash fire pokemon water absorb, an electric inmune, or a ground inmune pokemon.

Arcanine
Adamant Nature/ Lum berry or Sitrus berry/ Flash Fire
Evs: Atk/252 Spe/252 Hp/4
Moveset:
Flare Blitz
Wild Charge
Outrage/Close Combat
Crunch/Extremespeed

Arcanine is my favorite pokemon, but that is not the only reason I chose it. It actually has pretty good Atk and Spe stats, so I almost everytime use it as a revenge killer, I think the moveset i have is good because it covers a lot, with two against his weaknesses: Wild charge (water) and Close Combat (Rock) I always switch him in with scizor when I predict a fire move. With the lum berry it gets rid of outrage's confusion, and the sitrus berry just for regeneration, giving me an extra turn. However it lacks in defenses, but with the proper use, it can KO in one move a lot of pokemon.

Swampert
Adamant Nature/ Shell Bell/ Torrent
Evs: Atk/200 Spe/150 Hp/72 Def/40 SpD/44
Moveset:
Waterfall
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Yawn

With Scizor as Lead, predicting a water or an electric move, I switch to Swampert, making the opponent to lose one turn, and in the next, if I predict a switch I use Yawn to cripple them a little. Earthquake its the main STAB move, covering a lot of types, followed by waterfall. Shell Bell is great to recover because of the damage my moves cause. I used this Ev Spread with some defenses because swampert has only one main weakness, being grass.

The next pokemon are just to complete the team, I have used them and they work, but I want to change them.

Steelix
Relaxed Nature/ Leftovers / Surdy
Evs: Def/252 Hp/ 204 Atk /52 Low Speed IV
Moveset:
Stealth Rock
Curse
Gyro Ball
Earthquake/Dragon Tail

Steelix has one of the best defense stat with a max of 548. I use it mainly to set up stealth rock after resisting a OHKO with sturdy, or if not, curse for some turns and then gyro ball. Can also switch in for electric or poison types. With high defense, leftovers may recover all HP after cursing for some turns, Earthquake is a good stab, but with dragon tail you can phaze to other pokemon to damage with stealth rock.

Roserade
Calm Nature/ Black Sludge or Focus Sash/ Poison Point
Evs: Hp/252 Def/120 SpD/136
Moveset:
Toxic Spikes
Giga Drain
Sludge Bomb
Synthesis

With the Focus Sash, you can set Toxic Spikes, thats how I use it. With Black sludge, you wait to poison by contact, and use giga drain and recover with the held item. STAB gigadrain is good, but the main STAB here is Sludge Bomb and may poison also. The problem is that there are a lot of pokemon that can outspeed it, and that can OHKO as well. Also in Doubles, along with Steelix, I set up Stealth rock along with Toxic Spikes, Steelix uses Dragon tail, and Roserade synthesis and giga drain, and I use my faster pokemon to revenge kill.

Gengar
Modest Nature / Gengarite /Levitate or Shadow Tag
Evs: SpA/252 Spe/252 Hp/4
Moveset:
Shadow Ball
Sludge Bomb
Dazzling Gleam/Substitute
Focus Blast/Disable

Depending if there is a Ground threat, I can Mega Evolve or not. With incredible Speed, and very good Special Attack, Gengar can OHKO many pokemon, and I can use him after using Yawn with Swampert to use Dream Eater. I used once the subdisable set once but it didn´t worked quite well. Sludge Bomb and Shadow Ball are good STAB moves, Dazzling Gleam hits Dark, Bug, Fighting and Dragon types very well, and Focus Blast goes great for Rock, Steel, Ice and Dark as well.

Please help me to improve my team, it works quite well, but I think I´m missing something.

Darkrai @ Leftovers
Ability: Bad Dreams
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Void
- Dark Pulse

Try making your sets look like that, as it is easier to read. (Obviously don't use this set, just the format)

Scarf Scizor just doesn't work anymore. A bulky or Banded Scizor is much better for the strong priority, and Scizor is just too slow to be effective like that. While the exact set is up to you, there is 1 problem here that should never be used on a Scizor, especially on a choiced one. (besides Iron Head being better on a Scarf Scizor) which is Brick Break. Scizor has access to Superpower, so that even at -1 it is stronger then Brick Break.

Arcanine is 99% outclassed as a whole, but ahould you still want to use it, use Close Combat and ExtremeSpeed over Outrage and Crunch. While Dragon+Fire coverage is nice, Arcanine does not enjoy being locked into Outrage, and enjoys the priority of ExtremeSpeed, as well as a way around Fighting types.

Your Swampert EVs are all over the place and Yawn seems to be just thrown on there. To be part of a bulky offensive core, try Choice Band Swampert who can simply use 4 offensive moves, with a simple 252 HP 252 Attack Adamant EV spread. 150 is also not a multiple of 4.

Steelix is 100% outclassed and needs to be replaced.

If you insist on using a Roserade set like that, rearrange the EVs into something more effecient (outspeed what you think is important, get an OHKO or 2HKO you find important, anything. Roserade can customize its EVs pretty well)

Mega Gengar is banned in OU.

Most of what I'd say has already been said above, but I'll try to help you fill the missing spots in your team.

So far you have Scizor, a decently bulky but rather slow physical threat with a priority move. Add on to that Arcanine, another physical threat with a priority move. Then Swampert, a third rather slow, bulky, physical threat, but no priority moves. I think these three should fill separate, distinct roles. Have you considered making Scizor a mega-pokemon? Since you want to keep it, and Mega Gengar isn't allowed.

You could make Arcanine Choice Banded to make his priority Extreme Speeds hurt or Life Orb to help him dish out the pain while he's around, rather than berries that may prolong his longevity, but contribute less to a rather outclassed pokemon in a dangerous tier.

Swampert could also be Choice Banded, give him Ice Punch over Yawn, and he fills a rather powerful tanky niche. Or you could give him Assault Vest instead of Choice Band and make him decently tanky on the special side.

So, what are you left in need of?

I can see that you are looking to have entry hazard layer, dragon tail phazer, and a ghost, ostensibly as a spinblocker and special sweeper, on your team. Gengar is still very powerful even without Mega Form, if you give him black sludge and have him use the substitute/disable build with Shadow Ball and Focus Blast for good coverage. That will give you a special attacker who hits fairly hard.

For Entry Hazards, you have several options. You can replace Steelix with Skarmory, who will fulfill all the same roles as Steelix but better. Has Sturdy to avoid OHKO, can put Stealth Rocks, can have Roost to heal, Brave Bird to nuke your foes, and Whirlwind as a more reliable form of Dragon Tail that won't miss and works on those behind substitute. Or you can go Ferrothorn, who is a premier physical wall that can set stealth rocks, spikes, hit hard with gyro ball, and can put leech seed down and use protect to heal up. For toxic spikes, you can go for Tentacruel as a special wall, but that comes close to your Swampert.

The last role can be filled in several ways. You can go for a dedicated special sweeper, which you seem to be lacking. Instead of Roserade, you can go for Espeon, who can block enemy statuses and entry hazards, since you don't have a spinblocker for arcanine. Or you could go for Alakazam with Alakazite, especially if you don't go Mega Scizor, as Alakazam has more power than Mega Gengar in terms of raw speed and special attack, and can chew through teams at a ridiculous rate. Or, if you want a special sweeper who can take some hits, you can consider Hydreigon. You don't have a dragon on your team, though you seem to want one given your consideration to Outrage on Arcanine.

Experiment some more, and see what fits you.
