Here's a fun offense team to play, first one I ever posted on Smogon, thought I'll share it with all of you.

Scrafty in da place

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Hidden Power [Fire]

I hate hazards, I love power and this is where my offensive/defog-er Latios comes into play. Apart from clearing the field from any EH, this LO Latios comes in handy with a STAB Draco so strong it could hit a fairy type. Another STAB move with Psyshock is always useful against weak types or simply to hit fairly a Spe Def mon if need be. HP Fire is questionable but revealed to be useful in a couple of battles. I might switch it for an Ice Beam, wait and see.

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stone Edge

This guy is so fast and powerful that anyone facing him shits their pants so much, Stone Edge has a 100% hitting rate. Seriously, I mostly use him as a Scarf lead to quickly take care of business, depending on my opponent team. A switching move is compulsory on any mons equipped with a Scarf in case of extreme danger or to simply leave a nice souvenir to any Psychic/Dark/Grass types who happened to be facing him. STAB Earthquake doesn't need any explanations because of how badass it is. Knock Off is useful on any uncertain new switches I might face. Any Flying/Fire type will fear a Stone Edge, which I mostly don't use and just switch out if I can predict my opponent's new switch in. Intimidate is great if I can save him late in the game just to switch in and out and lower my opponent's attack so much, its STAB moves regenerate my health.

Scrafty @ Lum Berry
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

The Star of the team. Laughed at and bullied in its youth, Scrafty is here to take revenge. Here's my late game sweeper, Moxie over Shed Skin replaced by a Lum Berry (WoW and burn me before my DD and you're down, I packed my sun screen with me, b****). Let's face the truth, Scrafty is bulky, but not that much really, make sure any counters are weak enough before trying to unleash his powa. Find a way for Scrafty to set up in the mid/late game with a DD and he will make some damage. A +1 ATK STAB Hi Jump Kick followed by a Moxie boost will make your opponent think twice about his new switch in. A STAB Knock Off will do great when a fighting move can't be used or against any types weak to the darkest types of all. Ice Punch is great against any Flying/Ground/Dragon trying to challenge this badass Scrafty.

Manectric-Mega @ Manectite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Overheat
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]

While building my quick and powerful team, I was missing two things : a Mega and Electric moves (mainly to attract Ground types switch in's). Mega Manectric is great, lightspeed fast, STAB switch out move and let's face it, it looks badass too. Overheat over Flamethrower, because I don't play it safe, I play it strong (Guaranteed OHKO against Ferrothorn/Exca etc). If I'm predicted and get my Spe A dropped, I'll just use my speed to Volt Switch my way out of here). Actually, this move set isn't that original so I'll keep on going.

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Secret Sword
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Icy Wind

Here's the most questionable choice of my team. First, I'm a manly man and using a unicorn just cut off a few inches down there, second, C-Specs is a threat and can force a switch out/in but never really gets to take care of business. Again, pretty standard move set. Scald is great for the chance of a burn as I don't have any status-change moves.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball

No need to introduce this passive threat. Iron Barbs over Lefties to get as much damage off any physical attacks as possible on switch in. Leech Seed for HP regain, Protect for the same reason. Gyro Ball is great to hit the type my team is the weakest against : Fairy. And of course SR, always handy.

There you go, an original team, far from being flawless that I wanted to share with you guys. I know it's not perfect but it's fun to play if you like hyper offense. I'm still interesting to read your feedback and if you have any idea on a different mon than Keldeo I'm all ears.

As I see, this team is not bad, as it combines your attempt to build with Scrafty and a solid VolTurn strategy, so this might work in the middle ladder. My suggestions to improve it are very few, but I hope they help you:

- You actually struggle a lot taking Scalds from opposing Keldeos, so for that reason, I think Roost>HP Fire on Latios would be definitely worth it. You can kill opposing Scizors and Skarmorys with your own Keldeo, your Manectric or a +1 Scrafty.

- Then, you should consider using Drain Punch>HJK on Scrafty, just for its durability. Yes, I know that's much less strong, but it might pay off against bulkier teams. This is just a suggestion, HJK is very cool against offensive teams.

- Finally, you should go with Power Whip>Protect on Ferrothorn and use Leftovers on it, as it really helps against threats like Gyarados and mons of that sort. Rocky Helmet helps getting rid of some attackers, but I feel leftovers is simply better, just because Ferrothorn doesn't have any other way of recovery.

Hope the rate helped and see you around!

Thanks, I really appreciate the rate. It's actually kinda funny because I used to run Drain Punch and Roost until I switched to get more offense out of my team. As for Power Whip, it does seem nice, I'm gonna try that.

Hi eVolved_SuShy, cool team you've got there, I really appreciate the use of Scrafty as a RU player I'm in love with him, but I don't really think it can be used with effectiveness.

Your team looks to struggle with fairies in general, cm Clefable can sweep with ease, especially because it can setup on almost every mon on your team bar Keldeo and Ferrothorn. Heatran over Scrafty can help you dealing with fairies easily, and like i told you in the first paragraph Scrafty isn't really viable sadly. The set I suggest you is a set with Power Herb and Solar Beam in order to hit water types on their switchin, this can be helpful to lure Azumarill/Slowbro/Starmie for a Keldeo sweep! It also has Taunt to prevent Chansey and other wall to recover the damage they got, and Magma Storm in order to trap those walls, and it also give some useful residual damage.

Heatran @ Power Herb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Taunt
- Earth Power
- Solar Beam
An option you can try is Stealth Rock over Taunt on Heatran and Spikes over Stealth Rock on Ferrothorn, not necessarely you have to follow this suggestion, but the hazard stack can pressure the opponent, especially with the volturn core of Manectric and Landorus.

I hope this was useful n_n good luck with the team mate!
