okay so, my friend used this and got helpful feedback so i decided to try it. this is the team i use the most often and also my favorite to use. i don't exactly know how good it is so i hope you can help me find out any issues i may have. thank you and enjoy this RMT.

also if you wish to use any of the move sets I have made please credit me, The7thSorrow

Spr_4d_282_s.png

Gardevoir (Moon Beam) - Lead
Female
Timid
Synchronize
Lum Berry

Taunt
Thunder Wave
Psychic
Destiny Bond

Ev’s: 252/HP 252/SPE 4/SDF

Greatest lead I've ever used/created, beats leads like Bronzong, Crobat and almost anything that doesn't start with an attacking move. Taunt is used first if i think they are going to set up, then T-wave is used on the switch or if they are faster then me, once they are slower then me i can destiny bond and take them out. And of course psychic is for attacking. Weavile DESTROYS THIS LEAD.

Spr_4d_442.png

Spiritomb (The Shield) - Amazing Wall
Male
Impish
Pressure
Leftovers

Curse
Protect
Hypnosis
Pursuit

Ev’s: 252/HP 126/DFE 126/SDF

Why is this thing so amazing? Because no one knows how to handle a curse. Curse is my first move, they switch and i hypnosis the incoming guy, then i pursuit it as they switch out the sleeping pokemon. protect is there to gain enough health back to curse again if there is already a guy sleeping. the ev's is so not much can OHKO me.

Spr_4d_260.png

Swampert (ItsAkitty?) - Tank/Support
Male
Adamant
Torrent
Leftovers

Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Avalanche
Toxic

Ev’s: 252/HP 100/DFE 100/SPE 56/ATK

One of my more straightforward pokemon. Sets up rocks, kills dragons, (as in my experience outrage from many of them does not OHKO where as a 120 bas ice attack KOs them) toxic anything it cant hit, earthquake for STAB.

Spr_4d_130_m_s.png

Gyarados (A Feminist) - Sweeper
Female
Adamant
Intimidate
Leftovers

Waterfall
Taunt
Dragon Dance
Bite

Ev’s: 100/HP 184/SDF 168/DFE 56/ATK

Here is something i might change. the amount of SDF ev's seems a little too high, but it has really helped me with special sweepers. i also might change the SPD ev's as i have none and my speed is lower then 200 before a DD. i think this is the only Gyarados with bite, which i have for the flinch rate and to hit Starmie when it switches in to me. dark also hits almost everything that resists water for neutral damage.

Spr_4d_373.png

Salamence (Power Trip) - Mixed Sweeper
Male
Rash
Intimidate
Life Orb

Draco Meteor
Fire Blast
Crunch
Brick Break

Ev’s: 160/SPD 140/ATK 200/SPA 56/HP

A mixmence with a very offensive ev spread, this thing is awesome. not only does it benifit the team by having another pokemon with intimidate but its x4 resistance to grass makes it my switch in to grass moves aimed at swampert. other then the ev spread, its a standard mixmence that is walled by nothing.

Spr_4d_448.png

Lucario (ImpendingD) - Sweeper
Male
Timid
Inner Focus
Choice Specs.

Aura Sphere
HP Ice
Dark Pulse
Psychic

Ev’s: 252/SPA 252/SPD 4/HP

This is a choice specs lucario (for all the people that thought there was only one move set for lucario). I'v wiped out entire teams with this thing, seriously, its good. i get so many defensive walls switched into this thing. and it usually gets me a lot of kills. moves are self explanatory except Psychic witch is for other fighting types.

Hello there. I believe I am the first one to post in your RMT the last time I checked, so hopefully, I'll be able to give your team some nice input.

This is a certainly interesting lead, and a very nice effort on your part, but I think there are much better pokemon that can fill this slot more effective than Gardevoir. First, however, I'd like to point out that your particular set will have major problems against suicide leads such as Azelf and Aerodactyl since Gardevoir cannot do much in return and won't appreciate getting shut down by Taunt. I do realize that your reasoning behind the set is good, but using this set as a lead is too situational for my tastes.

If you're looking for a solid lead that functions similarly to Gardevoir, I have two pokemon I'd like to suggest...

Gengar @ Focus Sash
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Counter
- Hypnosis
- Shadow Ball
- Explosion / Destiny Bond

This set functions simiarly to your Gardevoir but is a far more effective lead in my opinion. Gengar is in a very nice position where you can easily beat most common leads. Counter eliminates the threat of Bronzong if it decides to use Gyro Ball, and Hypnosis works well against other slower leads. Shadow Ball is an obligatory move, and the last move lets you go out with a bang when you're about to faint.

Machamp (Anti-Lead) @ Lum Berry
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Atk / 96 SpD
IVs: 19 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Substitute
- Dynamicpunch
- Stone Edge / Thunderpunch
- Payback / Ice Punch / Bullet Punch

Machamp also functions as a very effective anti-lead. Lum Berry will prevent your opponent from setting up with you by using status. Bronzong will never break your Substitute as well by running 19 speed IVs. Timid Azelf's Psychic will never OHKO so you can hit back with Payback. Overall, I think Machamp fits your needs better because it is a more bulkier lead than Gardevoir.

However, if you must keep Gardevoir, change it's nature to Trace since Synchronize does not work on sleep (I may be wrong though). Similarly, you can also opt for Focus Sash on your Gardevoir if you're running Trace. Getting the jump on lead Heatran is also nice.

First of all, get rid of Curse. Curse is the worst possible move you can use on a pokemon that is meant to take hits, since Spiritomb cannot afford to be losing that much HP, especially when it's defensive capablities are only barely decent enough to take hits repeatedly. Don't forget that the opponent can simply switch out, making your strategy useless. Of course, Pursuit is there for that reason, but it is still not worth it in my opinion.

Since your want to use Spiritomb as your team's main defensive wall, go ahead and use this set:

Spiritomb @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Def / 160 SpD
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power Fighting / Will-O-Wisp
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

Spiritomb gives your team a very effective counter to Gengar, Starmie, and Lucario. Running this set increases Spiritomb's maximum defensive potential. The set is self-explanatory; however, the EVs let you take Gengar's Shadow Ball while you are sleeping so you are never KO'd on the third turn while you are waking up.

Spr_4d_260.png

Swampert (ItsAkitty?) - Tank/Support
Male
Adamant
Torrent
Leftovers

Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Avalanche
Toxic

Ev’s: 252/HP 100/DFE 100/SPE 56/ATK

One of my more straightforward pokemon. Sets up rocks, kills dragons, (as in my experience outrage from many of them does not OHKO where as a 120 bas ice attack KOs them) toxic anything it cant hit, earthquake for STAB.

Go ahead and run the following set here, since it's the standard for any defensive Swampert:

Swampert @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spe)
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Roar / Hydro Pump

This particular Swampert is much more defensive than the set you are currently running. I went ahead and gave you the MixPert set since Ice Beam will deal more damage to Salamence after an Intimidate, and it also hits Celebi and Hippowdon harder if you get the chance to attack them. For the last slot, I really wouldn't recommend Toxic since Swampert is not the kind of pokemon who can take repeated hits well.

This set seems fine, but replace Bite for Stone Edge as you need an effective way to hit Zapdos and other flying types. Stone Edge hits Starmie hard as it is, so Bite is not recommended because of the poor coverage it gets. Also, run 156 HP / 108 Atk / 100 Def / 144 Spe in order to maximize Gyarados's defensive potential as it is setting up; you also outspeed Gengar after a Dragon Dance which is very nice.

Spr_4d_373.png

Salamence (Power Trip) - Mixed Sweeper
Male
Rash
Intimidate
Life Orb

Draco Meteor
Fire Blast
Crunch
Brick Break

Ev’s: 160/SPD 140/ATK 200/SPA 56/HP

A mixmence with a very offensive ev spread, this thing is awesome. not only does it benifit the team by having another pokemon with intimidate but its x4 resistance to grass makes it my switch in to grass moves aimed at swampert. other then the ev spread, its a standard mixmence that is walled by nothing.

I don't have much to say here except to run 120 Atk / 252 SpA / 136 Spe instead of the current EV spread. A sweeper very rarely needs HP EVs; Salamence is not one of those sweepers in this case.

Spr_4d_448.png

Lucario (ImpendingD) - Sweeper
Male
Timid
Inner Focus
Choice Specs.

Aura Sphere
HP Ice
Dark Pulse
Psychic

Ev’s: 252/SPA 252/SPD 4/HP

This is a choice specs lucario (for all the people that thought there was only one move set for lucario). I'v wiped out entire teams with this thing, seriously, its good. i get so many defensive walls switched into this thing. and it usually gets me a lot of kills. moves are self explanatory except Psychic witch is for other fighting types.

I'd change Dark Pulse to Shadow Ball as a combination of Ghost+Fighting hits all pokemon for at least neutral damage. Also, Vacuum Wave is generally recommended in the last slot so you can pick off weakened sweepers (that are faster than you) at any given time.

I don't wish to sound rude, but I really recommend that you take a look at a team building guide, as your team lacks effective synergy. I gave you my input on each pokemon individually if you wish to keep running this set, but it is preferred you follow Smogon sets from now on until you are experienced enough to create custom sets; don't forget the SmogonDex was created for a reason.

You can find the team building guide here: http://www.smogon.com/dp/articles/team_support
*Note that this isn't exactly a proper team building guide, but it will help you learn about proper team synergy.

You can also sign up Smogon's Battling 101 program next month. Take a look at the board if you have any questions about the program.

I hope I helped you out a bit, and you're welcome to PM me if you have any more questions.
