WIth max EV's in attack and speed with a jolly nature, Technician Ability, holding eviolite, moves Dual Wingbeat; Bug bite/U-turn/ Swords Dance/ Knock Off. This set for me has gotten many early game sweeps as a lead. After a swords dance, any pokemon who's weak to bug dark or flying will not survive and any pokemon not bulky will too. Watch out for things like cinderace and zeraora as they outspeed and shutdown Scyther with their strong STAB Fire and electric moves.
