Is there actually a reason why you must wait a ridiculous three minutes between making searches? This is really irritating if you're trying to find something specific and don't know exactly which search terms to use. If your first search doesn't throw it up, you have to sit around for 180 seconds until you can try again. I can understand having a post-delay system to avoid spam and accidental double-posting, but what adverse consequences could somebody making several searches immediately after each other possibly have?
I don't think there can be a technical reason for it, since IIRC the limit used to be much less than 180 seconds. If there's some other reason it's this way that I haven't thought of, then, my apologies. But if there isn't, could we at the very least have the delay time cut significantly (like to 10 seconds or something), or ideally, removed completely?
Thanks for your time, and again, my apologies if there's an obvious explanaton I've missed.
