Hello guys,

Making this thread to request a clarification regarding Secret Power in Gen 5.

Currently, the move has 30% to paralyze, as seen in this replay created today: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-gen5ou-637408
As it stands, Secret Power actually sees competitive play in Gen 5.

However, the Bulbapedia page states that in Link Battles, in BW, Secret Power effect is to reduce accuracy.
In the teambuilder, when editing teams in Gen 5, PS also states that the effect of Secret Power is to reduce accuracy.

So where is the truth? Is it currently correctly implemented on PS? Or is PS displaying wrong informations?
