Hey yo! Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening. whenever you’re reading this, buckle up. I’m about to drop one of my favorite teams ever, built entirely around one of the most underrated monsters in this tier… the absolute GOAT, PAWMOT.
Pawmot is the star of our team. It is a lightning-fast Pokémon with serious offensive firepower, and with the help of hazards it can 2HKO basically the entire meta. Even bulky titans like Chesnaught and Hippowdon think twice before switching into it. And with Seed Bomb, it catches dangerous threats like Gastrodon, Quagsire, and Swampert completely off guard.
Gastrodon is essential to our team. It sets our hazards and gives us a solid matchup against the rain teams that are everywhere on the ladder. Here, Sludge Bomb works better than Ice Beam, since the poison chance helps Pawmot pressure the enemy mor, It also get us a electric immunity. And of course, it has to be the West Sea form. the pink one is just ugly.
Noivern brings much-needed speed to our team and offers a crucial Ground immunity. It also works as great support by removing enemy hazards and dealing solid chip damage with Super Fang. Just be careful around Mimikyu. this moveset can’t touch it, so you should switch straight into Registeel or Gastrodon.The 4 EVs in Special Defense are just to mess with Download Porygon Z, forcing it into the wrong boost.
Gengar is another key wallbreaker that keeps the team from getting passive. It can bait threats like Maushold and use Trick to shut down setup sweepers such as Suicune and Bisharp. Besides its great damage output, it also provides support with Toxic Spikes, which you can swap for Focus Blast if you want a better matchup into Hisuian Goodra. You can run Choice Scarf instead of Specs, but the team loses some of firepower.
Gay Muk is a special wall that can poison foes and drop items with Knock Off, while also absorbing status like paralysis and burn. It shuts down Pokémon such as Reuniclus and Slowbro, and keeps momentum with Knock Off or poison pressure. Easily one of the most useful members of the team.
Lastly, Registeel is a ridiculously strong mixed wall. Besides being one of our hazard setters, it’s almost unkillable against HO since it can stack Iron Defense and wipe entire teams with Body Press, often saving games in the late-game. If you prefer, you can swap Iron Defense for Thunder Wave to improve matchups against threats like Talonflame and Gengar.Thanks for Reading <3 Here is the PokePast and the proof of the Peak!
