Invalid /seen command

If you want to see how long ago someone was online for, right now, you have to .seen [user] Lady Monita. But I think, like you can see users both on the home screen and the /user command, there should be a /seen command.
It wouldn't be hard to make and would be easier than pm'ing lady Monita (although this should still be available)
The same is already possible with /nick, /user and others.

Hi! This has been suggested and denied before as an invasion of privacy.
Though, it should be noted i'm implementing a similar feature exclusively for friends on your friends list (when i add that).
