Tyranitar and Seismic Toss glitch

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, i can use Seismic Toss on Tyranitar, which will show the weird glitch
Will send link of battle that had the glitch when i can finally get it on ps replays

i got the replay, but its a firefox file cuz i didnt want to wait for the replay to get there, and i had the tab of the battle still open
i reported this because Tyranitar is 4x weak to fighting, but theres no "Its super effective" message

Moves that do a set amount or percentage of HP (Seismic Toss, Dragon Rage, Super Fang) are not affected by weaknesses or resistances and always deal the same set amount of damage.
