Rain Dance is the catalyst it allows Bronzong and Scizor to switch into fire also Kingdra's swift swim is activated. Faint Attack is to damage Ghost leads plus i had no fourth move. Toxic and Super Fang are there to softening things for later. He's the lead to set up Rain Dance that's pretty much it, everything else is wishful.

DUEL SCREENER

BRONZONG (Levitate)

MOVES: Stealth Rock, Reflect, Light Screen, Earthquake
EV's/ NATURE: HP(252), DEF(150), SDEF(105), Sassy
ITEM: Light Clay​

With Rain Dance up Bronzong has no weakness and and freely set up SR/Reflect/LS. EQ is for crippling fire types though he's more of a wall.

PSYCHICAL REVENGE KILLER

SCIZOR (Technician)

MOVES: Swords Dance, Bullet Punch, Pursuit, Bug Bite
EV's/NATURE: HP(74), ATK(196), DEF(20), SPED(220), Adamant
ITEM: Life orb​

Not much to say, Scizor's a revenge killer. A SD/Tech boosted move kills or cripples most anything. The 20 def ev's are to give a little more staying power but not taking away from his main purpose.

SPECIAL REVENGE KILLER

TOGAKISS (Serene Grace)

MOVE: Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Ancient Power, Roost
EV's/NATURE: HP(132), ATK(80), SDEF(124), SPED(74), Calm
ITEM: Leftovers​

For Pokemon with low SDEF. much like Scizor, there only to revenge kill what he can't.

SPECIAL SWEEPER

ROTOM-C (Levitate)

MOVES: Leaf Storm, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power(Fire)
EV's/NATURE: HP(6), SATK(252), SPED(252), Modest
ITEM: Choice Specs​

Main special sweeper. STAB Thunder (100% accuracy in the rain) and Shadow Ball. Leaf Storm for the bulky waters, and HP-fire for more coverage.
Also did i mention he's a lawn mower.

PSYCHICAL SWEEPER

KINGDRA (Swift Swim)

MOVES: Dragon Dance, Outrage, Waterfall, Yawn
EV's/ NATURE: HP(6), ATK(252), SPED(252), Adamant
ITEM: Draco Plate​

Main psychical sweeper. STAB both outrage and waterfall. Behind reflect/ light screen set up 1-3 dragon dances and either waterfall with the rain or outrage without. Little weakness and good overall coverage that can sweep most anyone.

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
