Semi-Stall(?) Team

This team is built around my personal best play style, which is a very deliberate elimination of counters for a sweeper. I suppose this counts as semi-stall, but I'm not entirely sure.

Wobbuffet @ Leftovers
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 Spd / 28 HP / 228 Def
Timid Nature
- Tickle
- Counter
- Encore
- Mirror Coat

The Pokemon which sets the foundation for the rest of the team. The tickle Wobbuffet set is simple enough; trap a defensive mon, tickle it until it has no defense left, and switch to a pursuit user. Max speed to catch some fast Pokemon not expecting the encore. CounterCoat combination allows Wobbuffet to do what it does best and retaliate against strong attackers, but the EV spread is less bulky so it is harder to.

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Pursuit
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

My Pursuit user of choice, able to kill anything Wobbuffet has tickled sufficiently. Edgequake combination with Crunch for STAB as well. Even outside of Pursuit-trapping, Scarf Ttar can serve as a fairly good revenge killer.

Pinsir @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Quick Attack
- Return
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance

I feel Pinsir is probably the best sweeper in OU, so I chose it for the team. Any concerning physical wall can be eliminated by Wobbuffet and Ttar together, giving it room to rampage through the opposing team. In addition, any non-attacking move Wobbuffet can Encore gives Pinsir a chance to set up.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SDef / 4 HP
Calm Nature
- Heal Bell
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss

Blissey is chosen as a team cleric and special wall, maxing sure TTar and Pinsir stay free of status and keeping the team healthy as a whole. . Protect gives Blissey the ability to use the Wish/Protect combination to keep herself healthy, and seismic toss does damage to prevent Blissey from being fodder while taunted and giving it the ability to do (some) damage.

Forretress @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Volt Switch
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball

The Physical wall, hazard setter, and rapid spinner all combined. Forretress brings both rapid spin and stealth rocks, giving control of hazards. Minimum speed is used to give gyro ball more damage, packing a punch some players do not expect. Volt switch gives momentum, and often a free switch into Wobbuffet or TTar, which can lead to some easy KO's.

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 Def / 248 HP / 8 SDef
Bold Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Transform
-
-
-

Probably the strangest Pokemon on the team, since it functions as both a second revenge killer and a second deterrent to setup sweepers, making it seem redundant. However, I found in my experience that both of these roles, fulfilled by TTar and Wobbuffet respectively, were the teams two biggest weaknesses. Therefore, a scarf Ditto is the final pokemon. The EVs maximize hp while minimizing stealth rock damage and minimizing any damage ditto takes when imposter fails to work illusion or in a 1v1 against another ditto, and the IVs give hidden power ice, useful for hitting the many dragons in OU.

How is this team as a whole? I feel like it is strong but I'm looking for any sort of advice. Mainly:
-Should Tyranitar keep Choice Scarf as its item?
-Should Ditto be kept?
-Should the Blissey/Fortress wall pairing be switched with any other pokemon?
-Are there any more precise EV spreads I can use? i.e. specific speed creep or living a specific hit on Wobbuffet.

Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome.

Bump, and as an additional question would it be a good idea to replace Ditto with a Thundrus with the set thunder/wave/thunderbolt/hidden power ice? Are should I keep it a ditto?

Ditto seems to be up for the job of revenge killing. And as for physical wall, you could consider donphan. I does a similar job to your forretress, but packs a punch with its attacks.

Donphan@leftovers
Stealth rocks
Rapid spin
EQ
Ice shard/ Rock slide/ Knock off/ Roar
