Alright lets begin.

First of is Skarmory

Desert Eagle (Skarmory) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spe
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Brave Bird

This is the main lead , basically set up as much hazardz as you can. It does have defog which is useful for getting rid off annoying stuff like stealth rocks and sticky web which really cripples our main sweepers. It carries Brave Bird just to have some time of offense it's really helped me deal with other Mega-Pinsirs before they set up and Mega-Loppunys.

Possible Changes: I am thinking on investing more on Special Def and replacing Spikes with Iron Head to be able to deal with some fairies.

Next up is! Tyranitar
tyranitar.gif

360 No Scoped (Tyranitar) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 216 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Def / 8 SpA / 16 SpD
Brave Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Crunch
- Stone Edge

This is pretty much the MVP of the team he is there to take most of hits for the team. this pokemon is to deal with mainly Talonflame and Mega-CharizardY and X beacuse they can be very annoying for our Volcarona and Pinsir. Like skarmory this thing also has Stealth Rock mainly because Skarm baits out fire types so I am able to send this thing out to tank the fire attacks , most likely they will switch out so I will be able to set up rocks. This thing carries Fire Blast which 2HKO Ferrothorn the only thing is that it can miss so that's a small issue. Lastly Stone Edge and Crunch for Obvious reasons. Btw the stats look pretty weird but it's able to take hits very well.

Possible Changes: I am thinking of changing Fire Blast for Flamethrower since it has more accuracy and also 2HKO Ferrothorn but I am really liking the extra power of Fire Blast.

Next up we have Volcarona

volcarona.gif

Eldes (Volcarona) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 72 HP / 252 SpA / 184 Spe
Timid Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Fiery Dance
- Hidden Power [Water]

Ah finally we get to one of our sweepers. This pokemon is really helpful to fight off things like Mega-Sableye which is annoying for Pinsir and Tyranitar which usually likes to burn stall but thanks to its fire and bug typing it won't be able to take on Volcarona even if it tries to calm mind it's going to get hit hard. This thing runs Hp Water to deal with fire types and mainly balloon heatrans, after 1 quiver dance it's going to hit it really hard If it's not invested in a lot of Special Def. At 184 Speed it is able to outspeed scarfed lando after a quiver dance so it doesn't revenge kill you. Bug Buzz is there for strong stab and Fiery Dance is there to give you that possible special attack boost which makes sweeping easier.

Laundry day is here Rotom-Wash
rotom-wash.gif

Tide Detergent Ad (Rotom-Wash) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 248 Def / 4 SpA / 4 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch

This thing is here because what's an Ou team without a Rotom-Wash :]
This pokemon has 4 evs in speed to outspeed other common Rotom-Wash and it also has 4evs is Special Attack for a bit of extra damage. It carries the Will-O-Wisp to cripple physical attackers such as Landorus-Therian and Garchomp who are annoying for Tyranitar and Volcarona and overall it enables rotom to take physical hits better. It also has Pain Split as a form of Recovery. Volt Switch to take on water types, get out of a unwanted confrontation, and to gain momentum. Hydro Pump is there for obvious reasons. This things has 248 evs on hp to give it overall bulk, 248 evs in def which gives it a nice def to take physical hits, and finally 4 evs and calm nature to give it a decent Special Defense.

Out of nowhere! Mega-Pinsir
pinsir-mega.gif

Time To Win (Pinsir) @ Pinsirite
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Return
- Quick Attack

First off this thing is a monster, the main objective is to use pokemon to clean up late game. This is why the hazardz are important from skarmory so it can weaken the opposing pokemon. After a Swords Dance a Return can 1HKO almost anything that doesn't have decent Physical Defense. It carries Quick Attack for Priority (does not outspeed Talon's gale wings). Close Combat to hit things that resist both of pinsir's stab moves such Heatran, Tyranitar, Magnezone, Close Combat really dents these pokemon and after 1 Swords Dance it 1HKO them. Basically once this thing sets up it's GG.

The slow but hard hitting poke Conkeldurr is here
conkeldurr.gif

Bulk Pillars (Conkeldurr) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
- Ice Punch

Pretty standard set, This thing is able take on pretty much anything and dent them pretty bad too. Mach Punch is there for priority , Drain Punch for recovery, Ice Punch to kill lando and other ground types. And finally Knock Off to really damage Lati@s upon switch in and to get rid of an opponent's item.

i recommend changing skarmory's stealth rock to roost as
Tyranitar already has stealthrock so its no point having 2 pokemon with it,
plus you are going to want skarmory to survive longer since he is your defoger which is important for pinsir and volcarona.

You might want to run something else with defog like the latis. Or you could run a rapid spinner because you are also setting up a lot of hazards.

Since the hazards really hurt your team, you are going to be forced to defog which isnt good for you because you are trying to hazard stack with the rocks + spikes. So stacking up your hazards is going to be counter productive if you just are forced to defog them away.

Another problem would be if your Skarm gets trapped by Magnezone with Magnet Pull. If Skarm dies then you wont be able to defog and rocks really hurt your 2 sweepers since they both take 50% from them. Then with sand damage Mega-Pinsir will only get two switch ins.

My suggestion would be to drop Skarm and use Excadrill. You are already running TTar for the sand and Excadrill benefits from that due to sand rush. Drill also gets rapid spin which would allow you to get up your rocks and keep them up while keeping your side free of hazards.

Thanks i really like the excadrill idea i'll try that.

If you are looking to find a person for Excradrill to replace, I'd opt for Skarmory as well. sort of building off what Pat says, Excadrill fits your role of a spinner, and it benefits from Sand nicely with Sand Rush. It doesn't fear the trap all that much, especially if you're running the Standard LO Sand Rush set. Excadrill also gives you some nice offensive pressure against Heatran which otherwise causes some major issues for you (I'll talk a bit more about it later too). Anyways, I would recommend running this set and replacing Skarm. Nature basically is just whether you want to outspeed things or hurt things more

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly / Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

And speaking of Heatran, you mentioned that Volcarona runs HP Water specifically to hurt it? Personally, I don't really agree with your logic here since you'd be much better off running Hidden Power Ground/Fighting over Hidden Power Water, especially if you're only running HPWater for Tran/ That's always and option, BUT if you do use that Excadrill set now, while you can't specifically switch in safely, you have a MUCH better answer to Heatran, and because of this, I question if Volcarona even needs a Hidden Power? Being in sand, and having no Defense investment, Volcarona is going to get worn down fast, especially in sand. If I were you, I'd run Giga Drain over HP Water just because that way Volcarona has an answer to Bulky Water types that wall most of your team otherwise, and Volcarona isn't going to be beating other Fire Types one on one much either, so giga Drain seems most optimal in my mind.

Good luck!

Thanks for the suggestions and yeah i agree i been thinking of getting rid of hp water for giga drain so volca is able to have some form of recovery. I'll try that.
