Justification: Fairly fast and bulky offensive pivot that can Defog. Can generally act a nice Scarfer thanks to powerful STAB options (notably Close Combat) and U-Turn, but can also run Choice Band for power or simple Leftovers/Boots set if you're looking for flexibility. Bulk Up and Taunt are also nice options. You have decent coverage for Fairies, but still have to watch out a bit as they can stuff it pretty hard.

Justification: Chien-Pao alchemized too hard and accidentally caused the plague. Spreads status, is fast, is pretty bulky. Held back by a bad typing and generally low offenses.
