Shenshoker, blast! (Heavy Offense RMT)

Quick Glance

Introduction

Well, one friend and me wanted to create a team about Mega-Blastoise. In a metagame where Mega-Venusaur and Mega-Charizards are very used, while Mega-Blastoise not, we wanted to test this guy since for the moment it is OU and it's considered the best bulky spinner of the game. After that, we've created this. Is a Heavy Offense team centered in Mega-Blastoise, with good sinergies between the members and where everybody is able to offense and defense at the same time.
The Team

Copypaste (Ditto) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Transform

Ditto is imo the best revenge killer of the game, because it can copy the opponent's pokemon (even if it's Mega) with its boosts, moves and trait, but with a boost on speed due to the Choice Scarf.

In a metagame full of fast things like Talonflame, Mega-Lucario or Deoxys-S, or with some boosters like Mega-Gyarados or Mega-Charizard-X, this little guy enters to be faster and troll them. Ditto is an awesome revenger killer at the same time it can give the team some nice defensive support (like entering against Heatran to absorb its Fire Blast and counterattack with its own Earth Power).

Excaliblast (Aegislash) (M) @ Spooky Plate
Trait: Stance Change
EVs: 96 HP / 144 Atk / 252 SAtk / 16 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Shadow Ball
- Flash Cannon
- Shadow Sneak
- King's Shield

The neccesary Ghost and Steel support of the team, it gives the team a good ofensive and defensive niche and provides excellent sinergy with Blastoise and Zygarde. It hits hard with double STAB in the special specter and has physical priority offense in Shadow Sneak. At the same time, it works as the anti-spinner of the team and with King's Shield it can check lots of things while physical sweepers will think twice before attacking because they don't want that nasty -2. With Spooky Plate its Ghost attacks hit harder, being Shadow Sneak even more dangerous.

Smogonbird (Talonflame) (M) @ Sharp Beak
Trait: Gale Wings
EVs: 192 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 60 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Ah, what to say about Smogonbird. When I started to make the team, the first pokemon was Blastoise, so I thought of a Pokemon which could take advantage of the Rapid Spin support. It was Talonflame, an excellent sweeper with 2 strong STABs and access to Swords Dance to raise its attack.

Smogonbird is the second revenger killer destroying weakened things with Brave Bird at the same time is able to sweep if able to Swords Dance. Brave Bird with Sharp Beak does important priority damage. Flare Blitz as second STAB for Steel Pokemon which resist Brave Bird, while priority Roost is crucial for recover all that recoil damage. It has good synergy with Aegislash with Ground inmunity and Fire resistance at the same time it absorbs enemy WoW. It needs Rapid Spin support for shine, so let's move to our star member.

Pistolero (Blastoise) (F) @ Blastoisinite
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Water Pulse
- Aura Sphere
- Dark Pulse
- Rapid Spin

Our bulky and strong star, with the multi-role of spinning, defending and sweeping.

Helps the team removing these annoying hazards allowing Smogonbird to be happy, and if a ghost tries to block it for spinning, it will be victim of a STABed Dark Pulse (thanks to Mega-Launcher) from a 135 Sp.Attack monster. Mono-Water type is a good defensive type, plus 120/115 defenses allow it to enter and eat fire moves for Aegislash or Ferrothorn, water moves for Talonflame, or ice moves for Zygarde. But while one thinks Blatoise main role is support, it's able to sweep on its own. 135 Special Attack isn't something to laugh and while it's slow, 78 speed isn't so slow compared to some sweepers. Water Pulse thanks to Mega-Launcher has Surf power with the 20% of confusing bonus, and Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse compliment each other at the perfection.

Unfortunately, entering for blocking attacks or removing hazards drain its health, and it doesn't have any recovery means.

Pincho Moruno (Ferrothorn) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 208 Def / 48 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Power Whip
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave

And Ferrothorn completes the famous Water/Fire/Grass core with Talonflame and Blastoise, while serving as physical wall and supporter.

Its main role is to lay Stealth Rock as soon as possible, while giving support with paralysis (which Blastoise and Zygarde thanks, making it easier for them to sweep) or Leech Seed (with all members will be grateful since is the only means of recovery health for all the team). Grass/Steel is a good type, providing synergy with Zygarde resisting Ice and Fairy attacks while Zygarde resists Fire attacks. Fiinally, Ferrothorn has decent attack, so it can do some damage with Power Whip.

El Zorro (Zygarde) @ Leftovers
Trait: Aura Break
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Coil
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed

Current last Pokemon of Pokedex, while usually that would means ''ey, I'm Uber'', Zygarde stats give it OU passaport. And despise being OU, this thing is awesome.

While Ferrothorn is the main physical tank, Zygarde is the main special attack, receiving little damage from lots of things and providing the team with necesary electrical inmunity. It can eat a move which does little damage and boost with Coil, strenghtening its own Attack and Defense, turning it into a strong and almost untouchable monster. Earthquake is its main STAB and Extremespeed gives it priority. Dragon Tail continues the good synergy between it and Ferrothorn, pseudohazing the opponent with STAB damage and doing residual damage to the poor next victim.

Conclusion

While achieving good results for the moment, this team hasn't had any creation proccess, being built in the way, so for sure there are some Pokemon which are better than some of the Pokemon of our team. We are thinking for example in giving Spikes to Ferrothorn and reemplace Zygarde for something bulky with Stealth Rock. We'd like you to help us to improve this team. If you see a fatal weakness we don't see, please, tell us. Or if you see there is a Pokemon able to do one work better than any of our Pokemon (the only untouchable one is Mega-Blastoise).

For last, thanks to Pokebasket for sharing and testing with me the team.
