Shift Gear Revaroom is a fearsome setup sweeper, being able to use Shift Gear to set up on Pokemon such as Clodsire, Hydrapple, and Tornadus lacking Taunt while also providing hyper offense teams with a means to check Ogerpon-C. High Horsepower is used to allow Revaroom to hit Poison-resists such as Toxapex, Tyranitar, and Metagross. Temper Flare enables Revaroom to hit Skarmory, as well as Air Balloon Excadrill, Tinkaton, and Heatran. It also gains a power boost from the aforementioned Ground-immunes trying to switch into High Horsepower. Air Balloon is the preferred item as it allows for Revaroom to set up on Hydrapple, Excadrill, and Gastrodon. Tera Fire gives Revaroom an immunity to burn, which is fantastic against Skeledirge and Heatran while also powering up Temper Flare. Alternatively, Tera Ground can power up High Horsepower and give an immunity to Paralysis from Thunder Wave, which improves the matchup against Cobalion. However, Terastalization gives up Revaroom's great defensive typing, so it should be used only if it can severely weaken or sweep the opposing team.

Revaroom best fits on hyper offense teams as a cleaner and wallbreaker that can sweep weakened teams. Thundurus-Therian is a fantastic partner for Revaroom, as it is able to deal with switch-ins such as Skarmory and Mandibuzz. Swords Dance Ogerpon-C can also serve to weaken or remove checks such Skeledirge, Donphan, and Gastrodon. Grimmsnarl and Alolan Ninteales can provide screens support, which can make setting up for Revaroom much easier. Entry Hazard leads such as Excadrill and Sandy Shocks provide hazard support, which is vital in weakening the opposing team to facilitate a Revaroom sweep.

Shift Gear Revaroom is a fearsome setup sweeper, being able to use Shift Gear to set up on Pokemon such as Clodsire, Hydrapple, and Tornadus lacking Taunt. Gunk Shot is solid neutral coverage and can hit Rotom-W, Latios, and Slowking for good damage. (Stabs dont need a description unless they are slashed) High Horsepower is used to allow Revaroom to hit Poison-resists such as Toxapex, Tyranitar, and Metagross. Temper Flare enables Revaroom to hit Skarmory, as well as Air Balloon Excadrill, Tinkaton, and Heatran. It also gains a power boost from the aforementioned Air Balloon users Ground-immunes trying to switch into High Horsepower. Air Balloon is the preferred item as it allows for Revaroom to set up on Hydrapple, Excadrill, and Gastrodon. - Mention how using tera gives up Rev's good defensive typing, so it should mainly be used to go all in on a sweep or severely weaken the opponents team
- Add a note on how Revavroom provides HO teams with a method to check opposing Ogerpon-C

Revaroom best fits on hyper offense teams as a late-game cleaner that can sweep weakened teams. I'd argue it can act as a mid game breaker too so add a not about that Thundurus-Therian is a fantastic partner for Revaroom, as it is able to deal with switch-ins such as Skarmory and Mandibuzz. Swords Dance Ogerpon-C can also serve to weaken or remove checks such Skeledirge, Donphan, and Gastrodon. Grimmsnarl and Alolan Ninteales can provide screens support, which can make setting up for Revaroom much easier. Be sure to mention hazard leads as hazards can help wear down checks.
