Shoddy Suspect ladder team

Okay, I am still a novice at battling and making teams, and this is my first team that I built by myself since being tutored, so hopefully it will be better then some of my past attempts.

Honchkrow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Insomnia
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Night Slash
- Steel Wing
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

This is my anti-lead pokemon. It's meant to target my opponent's weakness and strike fast enough to KO before it can do anything. Choice scarf is equipped in order to outspeed my opponent. I use this over other pokemon because of it's insomnia, which really helps against hard to KO sleepers.

Abomasnow (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Snow Warning
EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SAtk
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Blizzard
- Earthquake
- Wood Hammer
- Shadow Ball

This is my surprise mixed sweeper. Mainly comes in to set up for Mamoswine, but also attacks the opponent's weakness. Usually stays in until it is KOed, but will switch out against a fire pokemon to arcanine (with flash fire) when I predict a fire move. Blizzard for a good STAB move, and a suprise against any physical walls. Shadow ball for type coverage.

Mamoswine (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Avalanche
- Ice Shard

My physical sweeper. Only comes in after abomasnow sets up hail. Also a emergency Phazer. Ice Shard in case my opponent will outspeed me for a KO.

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/Spd
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin
- Zap Cannon

Spiker/Stealth Rocker/Spinner. Zap Cannon for attacking if and when nessasary.

Magnezone @ Life Orb
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 128 HP/132 Spd/248 SAtk
Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Magnet Rise
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon

Special Sweeper. Standard smogon set. Not really much to be said here.

Arcanine (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flare Blitz
- Extremespeed
- Thunder Fang
- Hidden Power [Ground]

Prior to this, I had gengar in this slot, but after discovering my HUGE ScarfTran weakness, I switched this with gengar. Hidden power ground for damaging heatran's x4 weakness, Flash Fire to switch in against fire moves targeted at other pokemon, esp. Abomasnow. Outspeeds scarfed heatran, and packs extremespeed just in case. Flare Blitz and Thunder Fang are just good solid attacking moves.

Thanks for reading all the way through. if i forgot any info, i'll add it as soon as possible.

Your Abomasnow is pretty strange... Adamant nature and yet maxed out Special Attack. If you want it to be a mixed sweeper, it's best to have a -Speed nature so that will not hinder your Attack or Special Attack stats or your defenses (since you are trying to let it say as long as possible). Also Choice Band and then maxing out Special Attack? ... It's better with Leftovers or Expert Belt or something like that so it can switch moves more freely, since Choice Band/Specs will each only boost half of the moves in the moveset. Or, in the least, if you really want choice band, you should max your attack instead of special, and similarly max special attack and use choice specs... But yeah, I think leftovers is best here.

Also, with -Special Attack nature and no Special Attack EVs, Hidden Power Fighting probably won't do a whole lot of damage. I suppose that HP Fighting is for Tyranitar and Weavile? I think Steel Wing will do just as much damage, if not more. It's better to have Pursuit or Sucker Punch instead.
EDIT: I meant for Honchkrow.
