What type of bug are you reporting? Teambuilder

What is the bug?
In the generation 2 or 3 teambuilder, type boosting items such as Mystic Water or Charcoal say that they boost damage by 1.2x, instead of 1.1x. Every type boosting item except Metal Coat has this issue. Also, Light Ball says that it doubles Pikachu's Attack and Sp. Atk, instead of only doubling Sp. Atk.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, it appears every time I go to the teambuilder

Looks like the issue is that oldgen desc (but not shortDesc) are not updated probably when building the client. The same issue occurs for, say, Focus Band, which has a different description in Gen II.
