Should I keep this Eevee?

I'm currently soft-resetting in front of Bebe so I get a really good Eevee. Right now in front of me is a really good Eevee but I'm not sure if I should save or not. It has the following stats:

Eevee
Ability: Adaptability
Nature: Docile (neutral)
HP: 21
Atk: 10
Def: 10
SpA: 11
SpD: 13
Speed: 11

And according to some IV Calculator, the IVs are as follows:
19/4/9/30/30/19

So should I keep it?
 
GO into the Look what I've bred thread and post there.

And no, please soft reset, Neutral nature is horrible, 9 Defense is meh
 
I'd just keep going till I get a female, as mass breeding and checking IVs is much easier than soft resetting IMO. Not to mention changing parents for better ones will help gain better Eevees.
 
Its not really that good, neutral nature isnt good, neither are a majority of the stats imo.

If you look on this page there is a 'look what i bred thread', as Jibaku mentioned, you are likely to get better tips and advice there.
