Client Show Cloud Nine weather suppression to the user after silent activation

What type of bug are you reporting? Mechanics

What is the bug?
In doubles, if a neutralizing gas mon is out against a cloud nine mon, and the neut gas mon switches to a random mon and then a snow warning mon and the snow warning mon uses aurora veil it will fail since cloud nine suppressed the weather but this is not indicated by the server so the weather appears to be active. This might exist in singles and/or without switching to a random mon in between neut gas and snow warning but I have not tested it much. If this is an actual in game thing that happens I'm sorry lol, ty for fixing bugs I know the struggle.

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
This is me replicating it. It shows the same in the replay. https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9doublescustomgame-2397264578

Hi. I'm a bit confused about which part you think is a bug. The correct behavior is:
  • Cloud Nine doesn't prevent Snow Warning from summoning snow. It only prevents the effects of the weather from activating, so Aurora Veil fails.
  • Cloud Nine's activation message doesn't appear when Neutralizing Gas leaves the field.
Let me know if this clarifies things.

Cloud Nine's activation message never appears, even after neut gas left the field and once snow warning starts there is no visual suppression. Snow appears to be working the whole time but isn't.

pyuk mentioned that we could show the suppression for the Cloud Nine's player, even though opponents and spectators still wouldn’t know that Cloud Nine is active. This would need to work with Trace, Skill Swap, Neutralizing Gas, etc.
