As you can see in the image, doing '/help msg' shows help for msg, and doing '/help join' shows help for join. And whilst the /open command does not work in PMs, it would still be more beneficial to newer users to know what it does, as they might not know you can do commands in chat rooms, and seeing 'The command '/open' does not exist may make them never try to use this command as they don't know it exists.
I believe this is the case for other commands too, so maybe have an alternative text saying 'Help for this command can not be shown here, try it in a chatroom' or just saying what it does (which would not be too hard to do as it already takes up a similar amount of space as '/msg' or '/join' for example).
You might now think that adding this would make people try to use this command in a PM, but then how about adding a separate line onto '/help' queries saying 'can only be used in Chatrooms, or 'can't be used in PMs' so people don't make this mistake
In Conclusion, I think that having text that reads 'the command '/open' does not exist' proves confusing for new users, and that this could easily be improved. Also, I believe that if all 'help' commands are made to run in PMs, then another line should appear saying 'Only in Chatrooms' or 'Not in PMs'. Thank you for reading.
